I get what you are trying to say, but "Parents" should be hands-on teaching their children, not screens. If a child stumbles upon a game like this or another, it is the parents responsibility to instill good moral guidelines, teach them common sense, & how to think logically & critically to make decisions. I played violent video games & watched R rated horror movies throughout my childhood. I have experienced horrible things like many others have during childhood; however, I have zero criminal records, have a lot of empathy, & obtained a wealthy career in tech. My parents actually raised me the best they could & not society. Even for people who had neglectful or absentee parents growing up, they have zero excuses for acting a fool as an adult. Taking responsibility & accountability for your own actions, & not the actions of others we cannot control, is just one example of why so many are behaving horrendously now. People who are raised with zero or very minimal consequences..... continue that mentality unless they somehow learn actions = consequences (both positive & negative). Violent video games or movies does not make a criminal..... It's only a talking point that ignorant parents use for why their child is acting a fool; whereas they should look internally for how their children were raised, to see the truth. Reward bad behavior because you feel guilty now will always result in bratty, entitled, irresponsible adults who throw tantrums expecting society to continue performing the same way their parents caved when they didn't want to discipline, only temporarily shut them up. You can be dirt poor & still raise your child to be better behaved than a family with millions. If someone cannot do the bare minimum in parenting & discipline, then why do things that will create a child? It's common sense to me..... If you don't want 'B' to happen, then just don't do 'A'. 🤷‍♀

But kids play Call of Duty and other shooters. I'm not seeing much of a difference other than in shooters you kill with this. You knock them out. But yes, I see your point as I am father.
