I have struggled with anxiety as long as I can remember, but I was never really open to getting help. For years, I kept hoping that I could fix myself. I kept telling myself... "if I could just lose the weight, I'd feel better."
After switching to a whole food, plant-based diet and losing 125 pounds, I found myself in a better place, but I quickly realized that it wasn't enough. I needed more help. The weight loss brought me to a place where I was finally ready to get that help.
Today I am sharing my story in hopes that it can inspire someone else to start their own path towards getting help. I am not alone. WE are not alone.
