Junho needs to work out his core. That's his only issue. He seems to digest just fine and his pants fell while running errands so, he's not actually fat but, moves like an 80 year old man when he's not even 50. It's the core and there seems to be much gas than fat. lack of movement causes such issues. Excersize will help. He needs an extreme Kjk intervention, asap :)
