I bought the original Peaches and Cream Barbie back in 1986. She was so spectscular. I wanted to save my Barbies for when I had kids of my own, but I stored them with a family friend for a while and her niece got into them. My friend told her niece that she could have the whole box.

I'm so happy to see I'm not the only one bulk buying dolls in lockdown 😂😭😂

Recently I’ve been obsessed with the monster high dolls, I’ve learned some of the dance moves in the songs, and watch the webisodes. (I REALLY want elizabat )

I did end up buying a few vintage dolls during lockdown. Some baby dolls (Eugene, Horsman, Baby Alive, ect.) Some porcelain (Dynasty, Heritage Collection, Sugar Loaf) but I did get one Barbie. One of my absolute favorites from when I was little: Garden Party Barbie from 1988. It took me forever to figure out which one she was and I'm so thrilled to have her back. I had a pretty large collection when I was little (born mid 80's) and was unable to make it to adulthood with them. I'm working on slowly rebuilding my collection. Only like...65 to go? Lol

Remember the motocross scene in Charlie's Angel's!? I also bought a mahoosive amount of dolls in lockdown. It's actually ridiculous lol! 😮😅💯🙏🌈

Hi Joey, I don't know why I didn't see this video until today! Usually I'm right on top of your new ones. I love your haul. You could really have fun as a kid playing with Paleontologist Barbie and toy dinosaurs! I've gotten several dolls since lockdown began: 5 new OMGs, and the rest from Facebook Marketplace. 2 vintage talking Pee-Wee Herman dolls and a Michael Jackson King of Pop from the same seller, 10 gorgeous well dressed Bratz, a minty boxed 1994 Alice in Wonderland ( she's just like a Skipper), and 5 new LOL Surprise dolls too! I think having dolls around during a pandemic helps a little- our plastic friends!

I just purchased One of the LOL Bright dolls Speedster the Drag Racing Queen. she comes with a little black light and her hair and outfit glows. Love her.🏁🚩🚘 Also your collection is incredible. 😄

I love the 90s Disney barbies the most. I’d like to get the Sleeping Beauty in a wedding dress sometime, I think I’d have to order her from the USA.

I like the Peaches and Cream Barbie and the Barbie and the Rockers Doll. They remind of the dolls that I had when I was a kid. I like the monster high movies. I watched those when I was in lockdown along with a lot of DC shows and movies. I saw Birds of Prey with Harley Quinn and I bought me a Harley Quinn doll/figure.

OMG! You're not alone! If I didn't have an issue buying dolls already online, the lock down made it even worse! Amazon has been so slow in shipping, because they don't consider our dolls and toys essential. So I've been stimulating the economy by purchasing dolls from other people on either eBay or mercari. Recently, I have how to re-spark interest in preloved fashion dolls.... so any day now I'm about to get flooded with a bunch of TLC naked Barbies! That'll give me something to do with the rest of my weeks. And I figure while I'm out for Essentials I might be able to pick up some outfits

if you buy a ght96 bmr barbie pull its head off.comes off quite easily.then pull the head off tie dye ken.again comes off easily .put it on the bmr it looks great and you then have a made to move .all the clothes fit on the body.the skin tone is slightly different .But when you put the head on and dress him you can hardly tell.he really does look awesome

Oh honey, I’ve spent over 2000$ on dolls since lockdown began. This is a bad time to be a collector lol stuck inside with internet and extra money XD I’m very happy about the new rainbow high line, I bought them all and they are so beautiful and are made with pretty great quality compared to most recent lines. So those are probably the best lockdown purchase in my opinion :)

Hi, I’ve been buying Bratz dolls by the dozen from eBay during the lockdown!! I can’t stop bidding for them! I was bidding for the first one then whilst I was waiting for that auction to finish I was bidding for another one as I thought I wouldn’t win it but I did!! Then I bought 4 in a bundle and so on & so on. So I must have at least 15/20 dolls now! I can’t believe it. Oh yeah I also bought a couple of the moxie dolls too- help I can’t stop ✋🏻✋🏻✋🏻✋🏻 Sammy 😄😂🤣

Jasmine and Charlotte arrived Yesterday, so now I officially have my first Jasmine doll! 🎉🎉( I Never owned Jasmine or Ariel before, not even when I was younger, cause my mom was strict and didn’t like that they showed their bellies.)

I have own all the movies, quote them all the time, and have some OG movie dolls (two Claras, Rapunzel, Odette, and Elina) I plan after I graduate university to start collecting the other ones!Somehow, I haven’t bought a lot of dolls during lockdown, just two American Girl dolls (that I got second hand so they weren’t full priced ones) (but I did buy a Switch 😂😂) I am planning on getting some Ever After High dolls though 💗

i haven't been buying any "dolls" per se, but i have been buying a lot of 12 inch G.I. Joes and accessories.

The BMR1959 dolls do have awful clothing but they are at least high quality. I like the dolls but not the clothing.

I love the Christy in the blue dress, the Victorian Barbie, Barbie Diaries, Princess and the Popstar, wedding day Sleeping Beauty, and the Barbie Rapunzel (ohh my god the fabric of her skirt is so evocative of my childhood, even though I obviously didn't have the collector one). I would love if you made a video showing how you would choose new clothes for the BMRs out of what you have!

Hahaha I've spent over a grand on dolls during lockdown at least... Mostly vintage MIB from a whole bunch of lines, OMG dolls, Hairmazing being on sale and various small 80s dolls (Krystal Princess/CMM)

Well, I spent also far too much on fashionistas. And its your videos which are to blame. You talk with such an enthusiasm about dolls that it s contagious (no pun intended). Me having a collectors soul it was inevitable that my fashionistas collection will grow. I started collecting dolls February 2019. And one of my first dolls was a fashionistas. Then I decided the doll was very cheap and I passed it on to my friends granddaughters. Now, having about 10 of them, I think they are interesting. They are cheap, well, affordable, but quite sturdy and very interesting. So diverse. But it shows only when they are next to one another. I am definitely into them now and will continue with the collection. One another note... You talk a lot, in your videos, about fashion. Have you ever considered designing dolls fashion. Not necessarily sewing but at least drawing. That could be quite interesting. I always undress my dolls and make them new outfits. A few good designs would be very welcome.
