Ghanta Tarkari is a signature Odia recipe where variety of vegetables are cooked with soaked pulses and legumes in huge quantities and distributed among neighbors. Due to the presence of so many vegetables, the nutrient content of this curry is also high.
It's my first attempt ...deliciously hopeful :)

Ap mitti ka gharaa use kr sqti hain pani ke liye....pani ko rat bhar rakh kar chor dijiye usme or fir subah se lekar pure din al us pani ko use kr sqti hai or gav me mitti ke bartan asani se mil jate hain ap 2 ghare rakh sqti hain or alternate kr ke dono me pani thanda kr ke use kr sqti hain ....

This one is one of my fav dish, I make it every alternate day. Ratan regarding keeping flies away -you can lit incense sticks near your kitchen area and this will keep flies away from its heavy aromatic smell.
