The alaska airlines door video did scare me, but I rode on a 737 Max on a recent trip and it was so smooth! Takeoff and landing were extra smooth too. I even commended the pilot on a nice, quiet flight from start to finish 😊
Congratulations you got to Phoenix. Old Grant here in Phoenix. I've lived most of my life here for the good weather. I knew it would grow, but never expected it to become 5 million people. Always enjoy following you and your travels in your videos. You sure are doing everything right in your life. Kudos to you. I have been on the Max to Las Vegas and Palm Springs. It was a clean plane and new. I realize the fear people have about it (and lots of other things in life)). Great to see you again. !!
I'm close to finishing my cpl and instrument rating. Almost finished flight school, gonna start applying for airlines in Europe this year. Thanks for your videos and vlogs, they really motivate me 😅😁❤
I took a discovery flight last Saturday, absolutely loved every minute of it. I want to fly for a career, as my current career gives me no significant meaning, im 29 years old and i dont want to wake up at 50 and regret spending 2 decades in a job i hate. going to get my medical certificate first i hope i pass!
Hi Garrett. I have a question. If I am an captain of airline pilot from other country. How can I apply to US airlines and do I have to resign my current job before I can apply? Thanks a lot!!
From what I've been seeing the airlines are going to be losing a lot of pilots over the next few years. But even if they stop you could go corporate until they start hiring again.
I don’t understand Pilots. I have a friend who is a Captain on a well known regional. He picks his flights/schedule so that he gets 3 days of multiple landing and take off so he gets in his quota of those in 3 days. Off 20 days. Makes good money and he says he does not want long haul…he states to boring..and you say 5 hours wipes you out. How do the long haul pilots do it? I know I should ask a long haul pilot but thought Id ask you.
@@spencertomc6435 don’t believe everything you see on the internet. it’s all a trap. the boeing 737 is the most common aircraft in the world and even minor incidents are extremely rare occurrences in aviation. how many car crash deaths do you think happen every hour?
That’s nothing compared 13 hours straight on the air base of my experience as a passenger. I’m sure they have CO pilot . We flew each year like total of 22 or 23 hours on the air. 3 or 4 airport till to get our final distenation
Virgin Australia flies between Cairn and Tokyo, Haneda using the 737 MAX 8. The distance is 3,627 miles and the flight time is nearly eight hours. That has to be brutal for the cockpit crew (and passengers).
