I have seen the original monogram trouville with D rings to attach a strap but not the MC trouville. I wish LV made this bag with rings, but the seller may have just attached that strap directly to the metal on the handles. I highly don't recommend that since it wasn't designed for that feature and may put stress or damage your handle. Beautiful collection btw, I love the Murakami collection🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🤗
Hi Stella, I was able to find an LV Theda PM in the multicolore but when it arrived, I noticed it doesn't have a serial number/date code tab in it anywhere. I was wondering if yours has one or if maybe the Theda PM didn't come with one for some reason.
I have a brand new in box Takashi Murakami (black) Pochette Cles that I never used. Do you think it’s worth selling? It was one of my first purchases from LV and I just wanted a little piece of something special. Do you think it’s worth selling? I don’t see any black ones on the resale sites I visit.

I remember when this collection cane out. A guy I work with was selling knock offs and my friend bought 1. I questioned her about it because I would never buy one if those. She thought it was ok. Can't tell people how to spend their money.
I love the multicolor collection! Just wondering how much does it cost to replace the leather on the pochette accessories? I got a quote for $1000 Canadian to do mine. I paid $500 I think for the bag back in 2006

It’s been a while since I got it done so I don’t remember the exact price, but I do remember it was one of my expensive repairs just because of all the stud work on the bag.
I love love love your Murakami collection!! I want to have at least one white multicolor and one black multicolor bag from this collection. Currently debating on getting either the white Greta or the white Chrissie…. Both so gorgeous but I can only afford one…. Which one do you recommend?
Thanks for the suggestion and you’re absolutely right! I think the Chrissi is so beautiful with all the shiny hardware. She was my first choice but I will probably keep her on display at home and gaze at her instead of wearing it 😝 The Greta is more practical and a little more subtle to wear especially being more lightweight as well

I love all of the details and vachetta, your noe and speedys are my fav….ps the trouville does not come with a strap the larger one deauville did come with hooks next to the handles to add a strap on it however….Merry Christmas 🎄🥰

Thanks for making this video. I don't see many people have a big collection of multicolor now as the line has been discontinued for so long. I personally love this line and it is my favorite print from Louis Vuitton as well. I never bought pre-love cus I was afraid of buying fakes but I made exceptions for the murakami as it is the only way to get hold of them. I did not have the money when Marc Jacabs was still at Louis Vuitton. I have the trouville which I bought it from pre-love market in unused condition. The bag did not come with the strap and I watched quite a few bag review videos and those trouville also no strap. If there are not D rings, please do not attach a strap. I once tried to add a strap (from another LV bag) to Speedy 25 (the original one without strap) and after some time the leather around the metal part of the handle got scratched due to the friction from the strap hook. I regretted so much. Also, I recently noted that some resellers add a strap to these older models of Louis Vuitton to increase the marketability as some people prefer bags with strap. These straps are not original to the bags although they are still from Louis Vuitton. You may notice that bags from Marc Jacabs era do not have straps often. That was his style and also I think back then people preferred more elegant style and now a lot of the buyers are more casual and wear expensive bags running errands and would prefer to have the hands free.
This truly makes me very emotional and wanting to cry. This is my DREAM print. Couldn't afford it back in the Jessica Simpson days. I would just like one piece from this collection and I think I will fulfill my unfulfilled dream of ever having one LOL. You are extremely lucky to have gotten this particular collection to this point.
I love the murakami collection, I had the Courtney clutch in the noir with the studding in the middle I’m so devastated that I actually sold it 5 yrs ago for $950 and now the price is through the roof, but last year I managed to buy the zippy wallet in this range so yeah 😫

When I one day reach my “collecting history” phase I definitely want a piece from this range.
