Hey! My name is Jamie, and I am going to be a freshman in high school. I am a very big aspiring nail tech, and I've been practicing nail art since I was ten years old. I want to get a college degree in business, and start my own salon. I'm planning on taking cosmetology and business so I can get my license when I graduate, but my mom is not supportive of my choice of career. Hey girl! Thank you so much, I would definitely use that powerpoint strategy, and show her a few videos of your favorite nail tech and how far they’ve come. You can practice on your school friends and even if you do decide to get another job, you can always tell her that nails can be a side hustle (something you practice with on the side like a hobby)!
