Bailey should curl her eyelashes and then use clear mascara to hold them in place. Her eyelashes are naturally so dark and pretty I think it would look nice and help her practice. Love your family ❤️

As someone who usually watches "beauty gurus" doing makeup, it is so refreshing to see you two doing your makeup. It is so easy to forget that it's not only you who doesn't go all fancy schmancy all the time, and sometimes you just put on lipbalm and mascara and get out. Loved this, and you are way better than you maybe think you are, Jessica! 😄 Also love that you're reassuring that this is mostly for fun, and also that you are just as impatient as me 😅

I’ve only worn makeup a few times. I tried to get gussied up for my first boyfriend and his response was something like “what’s on your face, it looks like it’s falling off.” My mom doesn’t wear makeup, so I never learned. But, this was fun!!

Wow, I couldn't stop thinking of how much Bailey looks like Snow White the whole video, down to the short hair and red bow!

If she wants to start with a tinted moisturizer I’d HIGHLY suggest the Tarte Maracuja Tinted Moisturizer! It’s so so so pretty and natural on the skin - super appropriate for her age!

This might just be the most wholesome video I've seen in a looong time! I love how Jess approaches everything, teaching Bailey how to do her own makeup, a practical, natural, real-life look that is age-appropriate, all while telling her how beautiful she is and how she doesn't need it but it's a fun thing to do, and get creative and there's nothing wrong with it, and then allowing Bailey to practice on her. my heart just melted!

More Mother-Daughter content please! This was so refreshing and wholesome. And relatable! My mom didn't teach me about make-up..I had most my learning experiences after having a daughter and thinking I should maybe practice more, but the gurus of this world aren't how most of us live day to day. I'm so happy this exists. Love you all!

I know nothing about make up really but I’d suggest a tinted moisturizer for Bailey as a foundation intro.

As a French person, I loved hearing Bailey say 'Au revoir' at the end! And this was such a cute video, you can see that Jessica is such a kind mom, she didn't even look surprised or have an ounce of negative reaction when she saw the result, even though it probably wasn't what she's used to make-up wise!

This is the sweetest video. I absolutely agree that less is more, and I love the really natural look on Bailey. As you said, Jessica, she is beautiful without makeup, but it can be fun to wear it from time to time. As a teenager a friend told me that I had ‘funny’ eyebrows, and that always stuck with me. As it happens, I have never plucked them or filled them in with makeup, so I would like to add that Bailey has lovely natural eyebrows and I hope she leaves them as they are. You are both beautiful, with and without makeup. ❤️💄

I was a theatre kid, and we all had our own tried and true methods for all our varying styles. Also Jessica, you are so much more gentle with that beauty blender than Colleen!!!
