Honestly I wouldn't know that information at the top of my head. You would need to look for flats in your price range on websites like openrent and rightmove etc

I would say it honestly depends on where you stay and how much you go out etc areas like currymile, rusholm have very reasonable rent options for a low budget but they might not be as nice.
