Susan please think about adding an hydrating body cleanser to Naturium.. I been wanting to use the face cleanser on my body to get the same benefits they do for face but they probably dont foam enough for a body wash.. I'm not sure but its somthing to think about !!! An antiageing body cleanser or cream or both!

Yes! And I just said this elsewhere in the comments, but I’ve been drinking matcha for almost 10 years and I highly recommend using a matcha sifter to break up any little clumps. Just put the dry powder through the sifter and stir with a little spoon or something to get the dry powder in your bowl before adding hot water and mixing it.

If you havent tried La Roche Posay gentle cleanser, I highly highly recommend. It leaves the skin very soft. I'm not sure if the brand carries more than one , but the one I've repurchased over and over comes in a tall bottle and is always sold out at my local target. I like to use it either in the morning or as a second cleanser at night becuase it's so gentle.

Yup! Like 80% of people are Magnesium deficient!! I've been on magnesium since my Chiro told me to go on it. And when I miss months I feel it! 😄

Hey Susan, Awesome video! Just wanted to let you know that you should look into turmeric and how it prevents the human body from properly absorbing iron. It is strongly suggested that individuals with low iron either limit or not use turmeric at all.

You should try Molton brown white truffle hand cream. It’s a thicker formula but it smells like heaven and makes your hands so buttery soft without the grease.

I live in France and I’ve tried the LRP cicaplast hand cream but I don’t really enjoy it. I find the Bioderma intensive gel cream much better

Cicaplast is the best and only handcream I’ve used for 8+ years! I used to be a bank teller and also worked in a biochem lab and between all the hand washing and hand sanitizers, my finger pads would actually peel. This hand cream saved my hands and I haven’t had a peeling finger pad since using it.

Carbonated drinks are not good for the stomach because they cause bloating. Since magnesium helps with bowel movements that’s why I think the drink is not carbonated.

Great video! There is a simple solution to the clumpy matcha problem. Look into using a matcha sifter as you put the powder in the bowl/cup for mixing - I stir the powder in the sifter a little with a tiny measuring spoon so I don’t waste any. It breaks up the little powder blobs and it just takes a few seconds. I’ve been drinking matcha daily for years and started using one a few years back, it’s a game changer. Just google it and a bunch of stores will come up.

Sun protection is important and hands are one of the first areas to show sign of ageing but do you need a hand cream with spf? That seems a bit too excessive.

No, I’d call it a want, not need. Could take care to cover them when driving. That might be one of the biggest contributors. I saw a hand model mention sunscreen in caring for his hands. It’s ok to have aged hands though
