My Megalith Yugioh Deck Profile for May 2024

Hey Im gettin the whole Megalith base for 8 bucks from a friend soon and wondering if you could give me a more "competitive" list. I know it is definetly a rogue deck but it looks fun and surely it can beat non tier 1 decks! THANKS

@@somehowrockingfloor3395 The advice I've given above combined with the decklist Kiratwig has posted are a good starting point as far as Pure versions of the deck go. If you want a truely competitive version of the deck, you would probably need to supliment the Megalith cards with something like a Drytron package. Which, if you decide to go down that road, are mostly pennies apart from 1 or 2 cards. That all to be said, while the deck is certainly competent, cabable of OTK-ing and wiping the board, I think calling it competative in the current meta-game is a bit of the stretch. Very enjoyable though. : )

@@somehowrockingfloor3395 This may be a bit late, but a chaos max/herald of ultimateness stun variant i play is: Megaliths: 3 Ophiel 3 Hagith 3 Phul 2 Och 2 Bethor 2 Aratron 1 Phaleg 3 Unformed 1 Portal 1 Emergence Impcantations: 1 Pencilplume (optional) 1 Candoll 1 Talismandra 3 Chalislime 1 Inception General Ritual stuff: 3 Preparation of Rites 1 Magician of Black Chaos MAX Fairys: 3 Diviner of the herald 1 Cyber angel Benten 1 Herald of orange light 2 Manju of the ten thousand hands 1 Herald of ultimateness Extra Deck: 2 Herald of Arc light (search a ritual with diviner) 1 Timelord progenator vorpgate (Diviner lvl 6 + Lvl 4) 1 Adamancipator risen - Dragite (going second non targetting up to 5 removals) 1 Elder Entity N'tss (Pop something with diviner) 2 Nepthys the Sacred Flame (4800 beatstick non destructible or targetable) 1 IP Masquerena (just nice) 1 Dyna Mondo (non destructive removal) 1 Knightmare Unicorn (knightmare unicorn) 1 Abyss dweller (good for graveyard using decks) 1 Time thief redoer (with the stun can get lots of materials) 1 Evilswarm Exciton knigt (removal and easy to summon) 1 Number 69 Heraldry crest (Just counters xyz decks) 1 Wonky Quartet (Its not good i just find it funny) You can ritual summon any ritual monster with your level 4 megaliths which is how you can use herald of ultimateness or chaos max, but only Och lets you summon on their turn, so only use och for the chaos max stun play. Main idea is to end with och on board, or be able to summon it on their turn, either with phul or emergence, so u can quick effect ritual summon Chaos MAX, which tributes itself to stop the opponent from activating monster effects. If u cant summon chaos max or they use more spell cards, you can use benten's effect many times (not once per turn) and flood ur hand with fairys, which then if u summon Herald of Ultimateness u can get many omni-negates off, in which case using abyss dweller is extremely nice as when the cards are destroyed their graveyard effects dont work. Of course there is then just the classic phul summon bethor wipe the board play, and late game just summon Phaleg and win with massive monsters.
