@@therealsadiekate8604 Ah you're welcome. You know, I'm 32 now & have an 8 year old daughter. And I suffered with my mental health throughout school and especially at uni. I wasn't very self aware and I feel that only impacted on an inability to manage & to seek guidance and support. (I think awareness and understanding has thankfully generally evolved now (I started uni in 2007 and tbh it was very different then. Christ, I feel old). I'm still becoming self aware now - it still shifts and adjusts.) But it's really nice to see someone younger (I don't wish to seem patronising) overcome it, manage it and utilise self awareness and then be able to reflect honestly and openly. Because I appreciate the tremendous challenge it can be. I'm glad you've shared this. Good luck with uni. Xx
