Sister, I can feel and understand you. Please know sister, your profile of commentors are : Might be teen ages or less(unmatured) Non-submitter(non-believer) - Might be an impersonator. Ignorant - Know that some born Muslims are an ignorant to their Deen(they spent time on other knowledge, not their Deen). Can we aspect good character not to mention noble characters from them? What came out from them is disrespect and rudeness. They are the one who tarnished the beauty of Islam, because to the non-submitter(non-believer), Muslims represent the teaching of Islam. I witnessed many reverts in a short while(in 1 year, or within 6 months), but their understanding of Islam, is way too far than some born Muslims for at least 20 years. Like yourself sister. That's the difference of someone getting the 'hidayah' and guidance, and not. How could someone get hidayah and guidance if they don't even think to seek knowledge, to upgrade their iman and knowledge of their Deen(to get 'nearer' to Allah) in all aspects of their life, they merely live to eat, drink and breed. Many things to say to you sister, but I cut in short. To summarise sister, free your heart, and mind, adopt forgive and forget, the bad commentors are only narrow down to 2 : Non submitter. Ignorant Muslims. Carry on your good deeds with sincere intentions sister, you never know, they are the one who will utmost benefit from it, and many more. Salam sister you are correct in what Islam teaches; however Islam is not a passive religion in fact very practical one, and humans are designed to make judgments in split second without even being conscious of it, and Allah made us that way for good reason. Men live in a performance based reality carrying the responsibility with the authority to fulfil their responsibility toward women the way Allah intended, and for women to be under the authority of her men. Salam sister, sadly there are a lot of boorish people who don't know how to talk, behave, or give advice amongst muslims, the prophet said that he came to perfect the best and highest of manners and they have absolutely no manners and call themselves muslim, it's a shame. But don't let them get to you sister, they have driven me away from Islam in the past and I've wasted many years in ignorance, so I hate to see well mannered people being driven away, may Allah guide us and them to the best conduct.
