I’ve not long learned about these fellas, being a brummy it’s out of my neck of the woods. Glad to hear that these fellas have grown up and become quite humble and have become human beings again. As kids we get involved in some really bad crazy stuff. Our generation were left outside, we missed out on education and the answer our schools had to bad behaviour was to send us home, nobody was home, that wasn’t a punishment, we’d just roam the streets, our parents did the best they could but after learning what type of upbringing they had we still had it better than they did regardless. We were surrounded by drugs and tough guys and they became our role models. Only now can we look back and see what stupid people we all were. We’ve lost friends and family, that’s a very troubling experience and sends us one way or the other. Darren I don’t know personally but I’ve recently learned a bit and he actually seems like a sound fella, I can respect the fact that putting this out there can be interpreted in the wrong way but hopefully they are passed the need to prove anything, we all need to show this next generation to steer clear of weapons and the drama. Get kids to learn it’s ok to have a scrap, you don’t have to Jill someone because they said or did something that caused upset, some of my best mates were lads I’d had fights with, it’s about respect, I can walk through the streets without fear, and that’s all I want, to know my kids are safe, that they aren’t gonna be a target because of issues I had with ppl. I thinks the bottom line, we want our streets to be safer and better than they were and it’s only if we can all u Ute can we take them back and change a mentality that causes more pain and suffering. Good video. I like Darren, he has his demons, the lad feels hunted, you can see it when he is outside filming, his head is contantly on a swivel. That kind of stress and strain takes its toll eventually and we see the lad having the odd outburst and lashing out to release the pressure. He lives a mostly self-imposed solitary life due to threats on his life and while he is quite a smart lad he is emotionally immature and struggles socially. That being said, with a bit of support and living in a place where he feels safe, he would come on leaps and bounds and i think the lad has a lot to offer and i wish him nothing but the best for the future. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE GOOD THAT YOU DO! I had a guy come to my school who talked about jail. He did actually help me not to go to jail. I got the chance to thank him years later, so please keep doing what you are doing. It does help! I didnt stay out of trouble when younger, I wasnt a hard man or anything, my area was full of people who were absolute warriors. I was skinny and couldnt fight my way out of a paper bag, but was one of the guys who could be useful for my brain and mouth, as I was a bit of a blagger back then. Anyway, I ended up getting into the wobbly side of life that way. Now I do my best to help others as much as I can. So I absolutely love what you are doing. I actually came across your vids a few weeks ago, as I was looking for my Uncle who is from Liverpool and your vid came up on google. Didnt find my Uncle, but found these Awesome vids. It's a shame with time people don't grow up and move on. Life is so beautiful and so precious! It's a shame people grow old and only realise this and all the mistakes that they've made. You can't go back in time or undo what you've done. You do you Billy you shouldn't have to explain yourself leave people to do whatever they like. Why do so many people in the comments think that Darren Gee has any impact what so ever on knife crime in the city ? Darren Gee seems very unhinged and volatile to me. Gave up listening to him a long time ago. He was full of hate and seemed to be looking to fall out with everyone. He's had it tough no doubt but he's not the type of person i'd feel comfortable being around.
