Ed Boon's head pops up and says "toasty" in MK II which became the hallmark of nearly all MK games. NetherRealms has shown respect since they took over as developers after Midway; so whay can't you?! Just to develop what you said concerning Arabic and Berber: Since the entire region mainly was inhabited by Berbers (most of North Africa including Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco and a bit Libya), when Islam came, it brought Arabic as a language with the conquest and all. So basically it did erase some of the identity of people there and you can either find a majority that speaks Arabic (in a different dialect since it varies despite the neighbouring countries, just like, to put it simply, Portuguese and Brazilians using Portuguese which is not identical)., or the ones who have been brought up proud and must maintain their language/native out of respect for their history and identity, just like Kabyle people in Algeria, which at the end is beautiful either way, because there is beauty in variety.
