I have been working on some new hoops! first NBA mini hoop made of K'nex pieces. Also first ceiling gym hoop also very strong for its size! Lego chainsaw is in the video as well I guess using tape on Legos is bad!? dunk session at the end on mini hoops!

I just used springs from mechanical pencils and some wire. putt 2 holes in the backboard that fit inside the rim. thread the wire through the two holes. now install the springs and bend back the wire inside of the rim.

I know this video was made almost a decade ago but in the small NBA replica hoop you should’ve added mini weights inside the hoop to weigh it down

i made a freestanding hoop using metal pipes attached to a mini justintymesports over the door hoop 8 feet tall.... strong enuff to hang off it :D

keapaishere yeah man. im 6'0 standing reach 7'9. vertical mid-high 30s. best way to land really depends on dominant rotational / horizontal / vertical landing. vertical landing go with squat, horizontal go with run through, rotational go with spin through etc

ever have those days were you working out in a program and getting nice gains and you jump the next week and its like you cant jump at all?? is this normal?? i see it happen to a lot of people. it just happened to me today.

keapaishere happened to me in the past but not in the past year. my guess is invisible accumulation of micro trauma "injury" so you go out there thinking youre fresh but your body is actually really beat

Anannya Naik well I'm competition with justintymesports hoops which are around 200 but a standard door mount hoop with spring ri. They sell for 45 so it depends what are you interested in like what kind of hoop?
