This is how I was able to reduce my screen time by 80% on my iPhone 8 Plus in 2021. In this video I show you how to install the Blank Spaces iOS launcher and I do a quick walkthrough of the apps I have on my phone (spoiler: No more social media).
The Blank Spaces launcher makes your iPhone's home screen similar to that of the Light Phone's. It works with iOS14's new widgets function, and I think at some point they were known as Antiphone. Check them out at www.blankspaces.app/

Hii, thank u for this set up. Even though, I can minimize and left some apps, its still distracting to me. I truly luv this and currently trying this. I hope it helps me reduce my phone addiction. THank uu!

I got use to not getting on social media. But its nice to have then on the phone to remember that I am able to have self control and not be consumed by it. But yes notifications and hiding them in the library helped a lot!

I love this! I’m also aiming to be digitally minimal so I’m def subbing! AND I’m Filipino hahah 🤗 btw, I don’t have the Shortcuts app installed so the transition from clicking on the text on the Blankspaces menu to the actual app is almost like normal-not bad at all!

Thanks so much! I think the blank spaces shortcuts slowness only happens with a few apps (e.g. the phone app)

You can remove the toolbar at the bottom if you turn your blur off on the wallpaper setting :)

I just downloaded it and can't seem to find the widget anywhere? I had the old app and it worked completely fine (antiphone) but I deleted it to get blank spaces assuming it was the updated version and now I can't find the widget so idk what to do. Edit: Worked after resetting and deleting/reinstalling the app!

Ah it might be that the app isnt built for that screen size? I remember on my first gen SE with a 4 inch screen i didnt even use the positioning widget anymore
