Taking time to apply the products is key😊 thank you so much. I use olive oil and coconut oil as my prepoo oil. I find they work best like that but not so good at sealing in my moisture. Again, always stick to what works for you.
Well I didnot know this at the time of filming this video but Sunflower oil and sunflower seed oil are often used interchangeably, but there is a subtle difference between the two. Sunflower oil is generally extracted from the whole sunflower seeds, including the hull. It has a higher smoke point and is suitable for high-heat cooking methods. On the other hand, sunflower seed oil is typically extracted from the seeds without the hull, resulting in a lighter flavor and color.
