The universal energy always works in the same way. If lets say some people decided to get a reiki attunement, or pratice hoponopono. They all start by detoxifying the physical and then the mental parts of us. Its takes time to reap the benefits because its clearing the root chakra. It has to clear away all thats holding you back. I got a moldavite a few years ago, I could only use it for a little while until it became a lot then I took a break, now the moldavite seems to be catching my attention again... and I can see why as I'm going through a period in my life where things are shifting and I feel as if I could use more clarity.. I've been using it little by little so that I don't get overwhelmed by it's energy. I haven't turned it into a necklace or ring yet but I'm thinking about doing something with it soon.. maybe make a little pouch for it.
