This was so cute!!!! Your face when your mom was getting your roots, took me back to the days when my mom was doing my hair and I would be wincing and squinting cause my scalp hurt 🤣🤣🤣. Momma Ellae did a great job!!!!!!!

Your hair is so beautiful. I love both looks. I only done a braid out a few times and I'm not a big fan. I love my wash and goes. I purchased the Melanin leave-in but have not used it yet, because it has protein in it. I'm just getting over protein overload so I want to wait a few more weeks before using it. Thank you for sharing.

The look is amazing. I think the results of the braid out without the rods came out better. I am team twist-out, but next wash day I’ll have to try a braid out.

I love your results, though they do resemble a twist out. Oh and I’m team twist out too. I’ll do a braid out every blue moon just because but that takedown is so annoying!
