I love how it makes sense that OG Naruto has more silly moments since everyone are kids around this time compared to Shippuden where the story is more serious since everyone here are older teens taking higher ranked missions. But both shows still somehow have the same level of comedy 😂😂
God damm, Orochimaru is so fucking creepy! He really felt like a true menace and a monstrous mountain to overcome. I'm super hype for the Chunin Exam battles too!! Also, when the time comes can yall give your opinions on who you think wins in the Neji vs Sasuke and Rock Lee vs Sasuke hypotheticals? These have been massive debates with the naruto community for years so I like hearing people's opinions!
Sure! I’ll ask my mom! I’m not a good power scaler at all, but I think sasuke beats neji especially with curse mark, and with gates open and no weights lee beats sasuke. What u think??
I tend to agree. I think Lee's just way too fast and strong for Sasuke and Sasuke would destroy Neji. I know Sasuke was going to beat Gaara until he transformed but Gaara beat a really worn down and hurt Lee and Sasuke got stronger after the Chunin exams. Rock Lee should be at least as strong if he had won his fight too
Aw, I kinda wanted to hear your mom's opinion on Kabuto, before the end of that last episode shown here. I remember when I was watching the series for the first time, I really took a strong liking to him during this particular part of the series. Idk, if I had to somewhat put it into words or convey the vibe I got, is that he somewhat reminded me of when you're a freshmen in school and you meet a cool senior who has your back and shows you the ropes and whatnot. So I was especially curious how and where his story was going to grow and develop. Also, sidenote, second time watching/skimming through this playlist, or moreso listening like half the time with this on in the background while I'm multitasking, but aside from the obvious things that are enjoyable and entertaining about watching someone who you wouldn't typically consider an anime fan, get to experience anime for the first time.. This is also really cool and interesting to watch as you guys get more comfortable on/in front of the camera over time. It's cool to see as you both relax more and more, more of your own personalities show, and as the audience we get to see your guys personal banter and relationship dynamic, like your guys sense of humor. It's really wholesome to watch. I sincerely wish you guys the best of luck in this, as well as any other future endeavors. May the algorithm gods smile upon you.

And yeah I wish my mom just came out and said her opinions more, but she’s super quiet by nature, that’s why I’m always asking questions, but I’ll try to be more mindful about what people might be curious about! 😁

If you’re talking about the video then yeah, I basically have to show clips. If anything’s cut it’s cuz my mom just didn’t have much of a reaction to it, and to avoid copyright on RU-vid. Most of what’s recorded goes to Patreon, then is condensed into a vid focusing on highlights. Hopefully that addresses the concern! My mom definitely wouldn’t be liking the show as much if we were just watching clips.
@@GoldFamilyReactions you always say that but then there are moments in the video where you can clearly see a cut that wasn't in the original. like around 7:35 between kabuto saying its gonna be worse from here on and sakura asking how far they have walked. you can see it isn't edited after because the video of you two doesn't cut. there is not much lost in this cut since it is just a few seconds. so i get how it seems that you cut out a lot when there are things missing in the youtube video even though you aren't originally. but it also seems to me that you are cutting few little things before watching it with your mother, so at least be honest about this
@GullyVanDeckel I’ve said it quite a bit that I’ve made an edited version for her, but yes you’re right, I do cut out the parts that dragged on for way longer than they should have, but I always try to make sure the flow of the show is as if it hadn’t been touched, I guess in that instance, if you were able to tell, I didn’t do the best 😅, but almost every scene is edited in some small way in order to enhance the show!
I don’t mean to deceive anyone! I just edit the show in order to give my mom a better experience, which she of course wouldn’t have if we were just watching clips!
