I take about 10-15 seconds to get my breathing under control and then I’ve got it! But gol dang that’s crazy! Just get right in and no change to breathing really! I aspire to hop in like this some day
What were are actually seen is ai magic this was filmed during the summer. What appears to be ice is actually sugar formed after adding an absurd amount of sugar to the water then left to sit for about 10 days then there’s a green screen placed behind the tub and calls in actor for action. Everyone who read this including myself realizes how dumb this sounds. I’m just jealous I can’t do that I cry when my back touches a cold chair
This is the sort of guy who gets cancer for smoking cigar at the worst possible time but the news will show Cold Plunge responsible for it. Just like people go to gym, then do heavy drinking, get a heart attack and then we have the media maligning gyms for heart attacks.
I skipped the cold shower and went straight for the cold plunge. Worked for me. Cold shower attempt was intolerable. I just got it over with and suffered full body for 3 minutes instead of cold water hitting here and there in the shower.
The only thing to make this cooler was if you broke the ice with the butt of a rifle than shot a bear while sitting in your ice bath. All while keeping that cigar lit.
This is amazing! One side note from a Chinese novel (The Romance of the Gods): people born by parents in their primes would have denser bones and stronger vitalities in general, and better abilities to sustain icy waters at all stages of their lives.
I think he is smoking the cigar just for show just like the infamous Gene Scott if you ever heard of him used to do. He probably normally hates smoking those things.
@projectcameron - All you will have to do is say the cigar brand as you do your morning routine. "This is what smoking X cigars does to you!" You could contact a few cigar brands, and see if they are interested. 🤷♂️
