Note on cycle syncing- I recommend taking your temp first thing in the morning. Keep your thermometer by your bed and do it right away for a more accurate reading. If you drink or eat anything (including water) it can throw off your temp.

my hair gets super greasy fast, using clarifying shampoo helped mine to be greasy after 3 days instead of 2 though lol. Thank you for your videos I have the stomach flu rn and watching this has made me feel better. Im 23, graduated from college last May been struggling to get hired, so I started freelancing, so I will try the photo of little me in the mirror because I have been so unkind to myself

My sister had those hair extensions when she got brain cancer and had to surgery fast. This was during Covid so we couldn’t go to hair dresser. Her and I were laughing while I had to use pliers to get the bonds off! It’s about the only funny memory I have from that time. She passed away 11 months later.

My hair does the same and gets greasy the day after washing, but I don’t have a silk pillow 🙈

Love watching your videos, you are so down to earth and relatable. Regarding your hair, I have found a detox or apple cider vinegar shampoo to help. Also, just like your face, using a scalp oil before washing could help.

You should powder your eyelids before applying eye products. It stops the creasing etc ❤

You're supposed to measure your temp with NC the second you wake up otherwise it doesn't work!

Dry shampoo it after day one of washing🩵
