I’m not commenting on commercial purposes here, rather to share my own experience. Next Level Diet is not only a diet planning tool, but also something that will make you look at your diet from a different perspective in the future. I ordered it wishing to lose some fat and I'm really satisfied so far.
I love how straightforward this video. This is just his actual routine. What made me most happy was showing what he did the night before. I do the exact same thing with my Chemex Coffee as well! Loved this.
Thank you for how you approach life Nick! I found myself hitting a mental wall in the middle of 2020 and didn’t know what to do. A friend if mine had mentioned this hybrid athlete on RU-vid. I hated running with a passion and never thought you could combine it with weight training successfully. I also had so many excuses in my life about not being a morning person, not being able to stick with routines, etc. And then I decided to watch one of your videos. Your perspective changed my reality. The first video I watched of your you were up all night because your dog was puking and then you still got after it that day, doing more that morning then I felt I had accomplished all week. It took all of my excuses away! At the same time I read a book called “Atomic Habits” (highly recommend) and it complimented what I saw in your videos. 2021 has been one of the best years of my life! My career and business have taken off and our income has doubled. But more importantly how I view myself and my identity have changed for the better. All because I adopted some habits I saw from you Nick! Keep up the great videos! You are an inspiration! P.S. we live in Round Rock and I’m waiting for the day we run into each other on a run, hopefully I don’t startle you when I freak out haha!
Hybrid Journey is never too late. Well done on your acknowledgement that something was off and your action. I’m on my hybrid journey - powerlifting and marathon in my 50s
Up at 5, coffee, stretch, warm up, log in 7 miles, breakfast n still get to work at 8...like how..??? No one can barely do that except you, such a inspiration grind
No kidding. My 4 year old son wakes me up @ 5:30 everyday. I barley have time to shower, get dressed, feed our pets, feed and dress my son, grab something to eat quick myself, take him to pre school and then get to work before 8.
@A Z how can you not realise that the original comment was a joke? Do you not understand what a pun is? Do you not know what Anavar is? Imagine calling ME a moron!
Finally I found someone who talk about one of the worst problem facing the morning routine, and in general on the early morning run. I often have to pass a lot of time sit before going out to run, in order to avoid cramp in my belly after few km. It's bothering when it happens. I don't found any solution to this, except to pay attention to what I eat the dinner before. May you have some suggestions for that? 🙏
Normally getting through a 10 minute video about routines or exercise can seem like an eternity. I didn’t stop watching and he held my attention the entire time. I’m in, Subscribe!
I have to complete a fit test annually for my part-time job. The only part that is a challenge for this test is the mile and a half run. I just completed this fit test on Tuesday for this year. For reference I'm 38 years old and weigh 211 pounds. I ran a 14 minute 22 second mile and a half this year. For more reference I ran a 17 minute mile and a half the first time I tried this test two years ago. I was over 230 pounds at that time. As I get older I've slowly become more fit. However, I struggle with consistency. My realistic goal for my fit test next year is to be in the 13 minute range. I would be very happy if I could break the 12 minute barrier. I'm going to use your morning routine plus some time on a Rogue Echo Bike and Concept 2 Skierg to prep for the test next year. I'll be completing daily check-ins for my own mental check up. Time to put in some work. 😊
Thanks, especially for the fact of life statement at minute 3:10 "...every good run starts with a solid bowel movement..." You kept it real and that's what's needed.
The morning routine is so important, the rest of my day feels off if I’m not able to get in the gym at 6, have my coffee and protein after, and get ready for work.
Thx for the video. My morning routine involves sleeping in until whenever I feel like getting up, making breakfast for my 4 children, making them clean up their mess from the day before, cleaning a sink full of dishes from my wife while I'm at work, having a 300 mg caffeine energy drink, taking my bulk pre-workout, working out in the basement, then looking for supplements that I ran out of and can't afford to replace, then eating a salad, then sitting on the couch and looking at my phone for the rest of the day
I spent 10 years in the Marine Corps and have fallen back in love with running. Your content is amazing. I’ll be visiting your online store to help support the mission. Look forward to virtually following you. Keep moving!
@@izatt82 basically I can hold 6 minute miles quite "comfortably" for a lot of distance, can hold 5 minute miles too depending on the terrain (flat road a lot quicker than mountainous hills) ... are you a marine?
1:07 starts evening routine off the most American Psycho coffee prep (the napkin does it for me) 1:37 after a full 30 seconds of wildness "oh nothing too crazy" 3:09 still pouring that coffee (edit #1) 4:43 holy sh*t sipping it now something about a morning run of solitude. I pray for a 3rd edit at this point (edit #2) Yes dude. That was crazy.🤣
@@Rufio1975 No one said it doesnt take work. No one said its a stigma. Just want to know the optimal time to take the shot. Why are people still defensive about taking test today?
@Daniel Safty what is also lame is the side effects that people deal with and then have to use a bunch of other crap to compensate. If you’re low on test then take HRT. But to take test and become a nut case / sensitive about it is definitely lame and I see it all the time in the gym and among my friends. I trail run tho so to be real it’s the social media and the people that act like douche bags that stick more than the people using it for their own personal needs, whatever it is.
Rood sponsor, bro he’s probably on nothing more than 200 mg/week or less of Test. Any TRT clinic near your house will give you this. Just if you want to go over that the Dr. may tell you to kick rocks.
@@superwog991 Damn, I’ve never heard of a Dr in my area who would prescribe 500 mg to someone. Their blood work would be insane! I 200 a week and I feel great and my back injury from Afghanistan no longer bothers me as inflammation is keeping my back muscles locked snd tight.
I had to shut it down at the 3:00 minute mark because I cannot hear what he is saying over the hipster country music in the background. "Hybrid Athlete"...okay bub. Not trying to come off as a hater or anything like that. But I just do not think Mr. Bare Legs Razor Nick is who his thinks he is to the level he might believe he's not. He is killing it way more than I probably ever will.
Love this @Nick Bare. Coffee prep begins the night before. Great stretching routine. I notice you run without the earbuds/music? Gotta try that next time!
You did so much before going to work. I wake up at 5:40, get in the shower, get dressed, and out the door by 6:05. At work by 6:15 to make sure I'm prepared for the 10 hour work day.
Thanks for showing this Nick! great stuff. I am wondering: do your muscles feel stiff in the morning (e.g. when running) as compared to the evening sessions or not? For some reason, my performance is much better in the evening. Any thoughts on that?
Great video Nick! I appreciate you sharing this part of your life. I’m looking to change some thing myself and a good morning routine will be super helpful in my progress. Thanks bro!
The bowel movement part is so true. I used to get up, make coffee, and walk out the door as I drank my coffee. Luckily the park I ran at had a clean bathroom lol
if you grind the coffee before sleep you lose 60% of flavour, I recommend a freshly ground coffee in the morning, i guess it doesn't take long and you don't compromise on flavour :D peace and love :D
Good lesson - but, this video cut have been cut down to half its duration and still would broadcast the same information. Loves the sound of his own voice. Teach man don't preach.
You forgot your trenbologna sandwiches? With all due respect, Seems a bit disingenuous to add the supplements because there are plenty of naive individuals that are going to assume that they can attain such a physique from this "natural supplementation" you partake in. I understand that you have to plug the sponsors but the only way one can attain such a physique is via the sauce. I see comments stating that you're 30 years old and if you are then I would reconsider the particular anabolics that you're taking because it is aging you dramatically and I would have even easily taken you for a man that is well into his forties.
I used to have to get up at 5am for the early shifts in the police and it used to nearly kill me. Now that I am retired I never get out of bed before 8am.
My name is Patrick Bateman. I’m 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
You look SICK! I have the EXACT same nightly routine w the coffee and make the same exact post work out meal,,,,like to the T…but I don’t look nearly as good as you! You’re a huge inspiration! Thank u for the great vids!
Epiphany! But the most important question i have now is, does coffee with milk and xylitol cause just as good bowel movements? Cause straight, black ain't happening.
You are a fucking G!!! Guys like you are what keep me driven on this long lonely journey. I only say lonely because we all know there are very few who maintain this grind consistently. I hope whoever reads this. You are one of those few 💪🏼💯🔥🤙🏼
