Yes they skin on Nice,but they eat a lot of fish which helps a ton ,we as blacks have bad skin because environmental pollution pesticides, and flouride in water and medical implants crimes

Also most black people's skins are oily thats also what helps with staying younger Asians produce alot of oil on their face too, people might underestimate the oily skin but it benefits later in life lol.

I didn’t know who you were or anything about you when I came across this video on Facebook. I don’t wear makeup anymore so I pretty much just wash my face in the shower or with a quick wipe so I’m not sure why I stopped to watch this video (I never do) but I’m glad I did. I have depression and anxiety. Which feeds off each other. I decided after watching this video, i was going to try to make my own sugar scrub with the coffee. It is amazing how such a small act changed my whole day. Each day and night I took this small time to myself. It has been a week and my stuff just came to do the whole process. It is 10pm and I know it is the wrong time of the day BUT here I am with the mud mask. I know washing my face is a small act but thank you for teaching me this small act. Taking care of my face has changed my whole week. I even put makeup on yesterday. I honestly think I’ve looked at myself more in the mirror this past week than I did in the past year. Maybe this is the first step to loving myself again.

Actually, yes all of the rituals I do especially the face roller really helps to pump blood and circulation into your face, so if anything get into doing that while you're at work!

@@angelawhitehead2889 I used to have awful acne, use a scrub! Like they did but with sugar. Mix sugar, an astringent, a little olive oil, honey, and a nice shower gel. It works amazingly. The oil doesn't clog. OR if that's too much stuff for you, just sugar, astringent and a shower gel. Astringent on the face alone can be strong for some people instead of a toner. But after a week your skin adjusts. Astringent & scrubs = acne killers!

Nas Cell pretty similar to this one, oil cleanse, face wash, sugar scrub, mud mask, tone, essence, serum, acne treatment and moisturize. I think if you follow a routine like this your skin will be thanking you even just a year down the road, but the hardest part is finding products for each step that is best for your skin type. I also started taking a shot of turmeric in the morning and putting collagen peptides in my coffee!

Katharina Maria I will say I don’t see any difference in my skin but I definitely notice a difference in my nails which I need because they are thin and always flipping back and tearing off.

I focus on a wash that works for my skin the right way but iant too spendy, but if I find a moisturizer that my skin absolutely loves, I dont mind to splurge. But that's also legit the only things i use. 🤷♀️

I have suffered from acne too but I noticed a big change when I stopped having dairy. I mean if I am in the mood for strawberry ice cream, i have to make sure i have ABSOLUTELY nothing on my social agenda for the following week because I will break out.
Accutane was the only thing that ever helped me. Now I got that adult acne (probably hormonal) and I'm using a retinoid cream. If you need to go nuclear because (like me) benzoyl peroxide and antibiotics and salicylic acid and sulfur did NOTHING, retinoids are the way to go.
Just came back to say I tried mamma mai's mask and it was great!! I was surprised it felt like a real mask lol. I had some leftover in the bowl and my dad even tried it because he didn't want to waste it lol he liked it too!
