Mr. Preston, I have a very similar tie bar to your arrow one! I am 38 and have always enjoyed dressing nicer than others in my age group. My collection of tie bars, cufflinks, etc. (At least the majority of the nicer pieces belonged to my wife's grandfather). They were passed on to me, as I'm the only one who even knew what they were! It is nice. I personally think that the boutaneer (flower) AND the pocket square make the look a bit over accessorized. One or the other would suffice and less is more. But a nice look otherwise.

Preston, you looked so good in that suit at 9:47. Slimmer silhouettes do flatter you a lot. Regarding menswear theory, you're pitch perfect, it's just the fit you'll have to get right. Judging from the store design, I suspect this to be a SuitSupply suit, which is also my pick as a slim guy myself! Go for it, Preston. I can't wait to see you shine!

Amazing collection Preston. As a young guy, my goal is to be complimented by girls my age in their 20’s I don’t think they’d compliment me if I wore any of these clothes in my area, they’d ask me why I dress like an old guy and find me weird. I guess it just depends what style you’re going for, and if you care about what people think. I admire you for going with your style!

If you want to get compliments wearing a suit. Ditch the shirt , go for a turtleneck instead and pair it with high waisted denim jeans. It's a very dapper look .

As a woman, I appreciate a man who's dressed well, (quality clothes that fit) and OWNS his style. It's number eleven on his list. A sense of confidence, being comcomfortable in your own skin (clothes), allows one to stand out without sticking out. Women without much self-confidence may not immediately appreciate a different style sense, but those with self-confidence will.

i appreciate hearing not everything fits you oerfect yet as I am also trying to work through my journey and slowly tuning my fits in. I currently have 2 suits, navy and charcoal, and one odd brown herringbone sports coat I found vintage using Raphaels tips. Currently I am shopping for a black suit. I know you all think black is over rated. However I am a pastor and between weddings and funerals I have quite a few formal occasions to use black and to be honest, it is my favorite color.

Ohhh you are a singer! As I am new here, I didn't know. But it makes sense. I already noticed your smooth and warm voice. By the way I like my blue suit the most. It has the same colour as yours so of course your blue one is my fav, too. I think it stands out without lookind too much. Quite fetching. However since it's just a 2 piece and I really like vests the best, I am in the process of changing it a bit. I will take off the arms and use them to make the trousers high waist while I transform the jacket into a vest. It will look even better.

There's a tailor out there who's going to be making some nice bank off preston. Don't worry preston, most of us can't wear off the rack perfectly either, and most of us, even those of us who care about such things have many things in their wardrobe that don't fit perfectly. I only have like three shirts that fit ideally. I tend to just concentrate on sleeve length and neck size as if the sides are too large it's not noticed under the coat.

If I may, Preston your style is vastly improving, that killer blue suit jacket really pops on you! Also IMHO opinion your hats seem a bit small brimmed on you, I would go larger for a greater effect since I believe you are quite tall. Your love of jazz and perhaps blues I share with you and your black tie and off white dinner jackets are a propos! Although a pair of spectators are not appropriate for a tuxedo I do think you should incorporate a pair somehow in your 'persona', I'm sure you could pull it off, bravo.

Ooooohhhhh - I usual get compliment son my neck-wear (usually formal and informal ascots and recently a lot of bow ties) but the reason for the "oooh!" is the perspective of a hat re-shaping video, that would be very welcome - I had to do this once because one of my fedoras had a gastly mishap involving a representative pool, an aggresive Nile goose and it's output as well as a dry cleaning company without the claimed expertise... Eventually I managed to re shape it but it was a horrible fiddly exercise, maybe (most likely actually) because I did something wrong ;). Best regards Raoul G. Kunz

My most complimented piece is my wallet chain. I wear it whether in casual clothes, or in a suit. It's a handmade piece made of rings made from coins by Anvil Custom Leather, is very striking, and I get comments on it pretty often.
