you're so correct phillip (my credentials: custard cream enjoyer that once gained at least 5 pounds as a child when i visited family in the uk for the first time and was plowing through packets of those tasty bois)
if anyone is curious, the Garibaldi biscuit is named after Giuseppe Garibaldi, a general who famously fought with an army known as the Redshirts to try to unify Italy in a single kingdom in the 1800. He was exiled and went to England, where he received a warm welcome - the biscuit was created years later and named after him!
I've followed and supported you through many things PJ, but this video is where I have to draw the line. I can no longer in good faith call myself a tiny planet explorer knowing that you rate party rings as an E tier biscuit. I hope you enjoy your party-less life. Yours unfaithfully, me.
I thought I wouldn't take anything in this video personally, but gingernuts in D tier? I said 'WHAT' out loud to myself and had to close my eyes for a sec
the only thing that matters to me is that you rated biscoff (aka speculoos for the real ones) high, so you are forgiven for all your other rating crimes
I was going to say they should invent the counterpart to the chocolate finger - a chocolate toe - and then I thought, I wonder if Cadbury has ever made a chocolate toe? Which led me to an article titled "My daughter's toe is bigger than the chocolate in her Cadbury advent calendar". Reader, there is an accompanying photograph. This is my new Roman Empire.
theres me thinking "oh boy i sure love pj's uplifting and whimsical content!" and then he hits me with the *my inner child is dead* while talking about a wafer
The thing is I feel like every British biscuit is designed to be eaten with a cup of tea, so by having them without you're not judging them in their intended form. Also I need you to please do a second video of specifically Fox's biscuits because not having any in this video is a BISCUIT CRIME
im an american who calls them biscuits & enjoys them very much (yes we exist, but in my case mainly bc my parents are from india - indian biscuits are amazing & we have a lot of the same or similar ones like bourbons)
PJ American cookies are meant to be eaten with and dunked in milk whereas UK biscuits are meant to be eaten with tea and dipped in it. This tier rating is bunk because these techniques were not utilized with each as well as tasting on their own (this is coming off of two mins in oreo ranking D, yes)
I Just LOVED Seein Pj Eat Each Lil Individual “Biscuits”&”Cookies”,All The While Watching Him Rank Which One Is Truly THE SUPERIOR One Is All!!Also,I Want To Add All Looked Quite Delectable,As Can Be!!🍪😋
Funny how I'm watching this during (multiple) breaktime(s), and when the chocolate Digestive came up, I could finaly relate with that cause they also sell those here (NL). But then the 'chocolate hobnob' (?) review came up, and it would appear that this cookie I am eating that I got from the caffeteria is the same one as you reacted to! So I tasted the same flavour in real-time! ^,.,^
on one hand pj is the only person who's correct about where party rings should be ranked. on the other hand, i'm ready to fistfight over jammie dodgers being ranked so low
how can you rate biscuits WITHOUT tea?? The fact that the Cake got S tier supports this the dry-ness of biscuit needs tea Jaffa cakes softness is what makes them a cake, just sayinnnn
i don't even care that PJ ripped out the little biscuit heart of everyone who watched this video,,,, how the hell are the biscuits physically staying up on that board??????
i will never argue with someone's taste cuz preference is subjective, but as an american i am compelled to inform you that the best possible representation of a chocolate chip cookie is a freshly baked one that you've made at home! packaged chocolate chip cookies need to gtfo lol
i'm so with you on the jaffa cakes!! there's actually a dutch brand that makes an even better version of them and i think every jaffa cake fan should try them at some point in their life lol
Digestive and hobnobs are my fave (+maryland) I dont like oreos either. Jaffa cake's one of the worst I've tried, but it was in a british store in sweden so it might've already been old? I dont know if I've tried the others? I've tried swedish version but idk how similar they'd be. (Timtams double chocolate is god-tier though.. they stopped selling them here and I kinda wish I never tried them so I wouldn't know what I'm missing lmao)
