Hi Karen. Yay for cutting into your precious fabric! Even if it is very hot, the dress turned out beautifully. I'm glad you tried the godets and then decided they didn't fit -- I was right along with you thinking the two fabrics would look good together when you held them up and then thinking not when they were sewn together. I love that fabric! Both the mock up fabric and that shimmery one are AMAZING! I think a bomber jacket would be perfect for the shimmery fabric! Do you remember where you got them?

Wow it is lovely fabric. It made such a pretty dress. Would it work for another Trench Coat like last video or is the fabric too stretchy for that.
