Hello Foodies,
Beef Yakhni Pulao is very simple and delicious recipe. To make the easiest beef pulao, follow our recipe. Ingredients are as follows:
Ingredients:
For Potli:
-Cardamom (Ilaichi) 4
-Black Pepper 1Tbsp
-Cumin (Zeera) 1 Tbsp
_Dry Coriander (sokha dhania )1 Tbsp
-Laung (Cloves) 5-6
-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
-Badian ke phool 2-3
-Javitri 2
-Teez Pat 2
For Yakhni (Stock):
-Beef Champ 1/2 Kg
-Water 1 liter
-Ginger 1Tbsp
-Garlic cloves 8
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
For Pulao
-Onion (slices) 1 medium
-Oil ¼ Cup
-Cinamon sticks 2 small
-Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
-Garam Masala 1 tsp
Green Chilli (chopped ) 2
-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste
-Yakhni (Stock) 4 Cups
-Chawal (Rice) 1/2 Kg
