Hallo Nederlander! Ek is van Suid-Afrika 😊 I used to do gymnastics when I was a child, but I switched to dance when I was twelve. I still love the sport though and watch a lot of gymnastics content (also because I often incorporate acro and gymnastics into my dance routines).

Storme Brown Put some research in and make your own. You'll also learn about the why, rather than someone just telling you do this. There are pleanty of other authorities within bodyweight fitness, plyometrics and gymnastics, that have posted free routines/exercises here on youtube or online elsewhere.

I'm vegan myself, study food sciences and follow a predominantly whole foods plant based diet which is the only diet that has ever been clinically proven to reverse heart disease. I always try to show example on how to live healthily and how tasty, satifying and overall amazing it feels when you eat healthy, exercise and sleep well. They have started making some better decisions but there is still a long long way to go! Listening to your child must be tough (even science shows it) and lifestyle changes can be really hard especially when you have taught yourself bad habits over an extremely long period of time prior to them. Small changes overtime will lead to great results eventually I believe! 😊

Even if you can nicely encourage them to go for a short family walk or to drink more water that would help:)
