Winds of Transylvania is a song provided by LOVEBITES as the opening song "Mai" Ver, of the TV anime "VLADLOVE" with the offer of director Mamoru Oshii, who is famous for the animated movie "Ghost in the Shell". They packed "LOVEBITES" into the time constraint of 89 seconds. Miyako, the composer, quotes Beethoven's "Symphony No. 5 Fate", "Piano Sonata No. 14 Moonlight" and "Piano Sonata No. 8 Pathetique" to create an eerie atmosphere. Many people wanted to commercialize it, so they remade it into a full chorus and added it to their third EP. The opening of the actual anime can be found here. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XGqipwJaVJI.html
When the musicvideo of this song came, lots of ppl argued if they could pull this song off live.... Yes they do, not exactly as the studio version, but soooo close!
Don't worry, man.. The lyrics from Lovebites song is enough to encourage us.. That's why Lovebites fans(Wolfpack) is the strongest fans(mentally) among the other Japanese band out there..
Yes, and you know they really can play this piece. BTW, I like the official MV, Lovebites version better than the anime version. It's spooky and beautiful.
@@MyNameisJeffReacts Since from 60 to 70% react to the anime version, you'd better react to the official Lovebites MV version. Try this. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hm5tQb4aeLE.html
LOVEBITES - Winds Of Transylvania lyrics: Sneaking to that vein, ever devotion Taking in my hands, satisfaction Deep into the neck, only delusion Can't resist, insane tonight Shining like a vine, never enough Dripping off my hand, cause of desire Piece of tragedy, fading in moonlight Sink in red, I'm falling down Painting truth and lies, over and under Chasing round 'n' round, closer to thunder Pushing to the edge, never surrender Shades of cross inside of my head Flaming memories of the past Burn inside of the bloody red eyes Lying Borderline of a Castle Winds of Transylvania Innocent lullaby, chasing everywhere, Fleeting empty fate Break it down, like a game and I go fallin' now Make it all end A silent break of dawn, now the curtain rise Blood, Thirsty like a lost butterfly Reaching in now to get you, but then let you go again Veil searching us under the moonlight Let me in to a place by immortal fascination Now, show me the way of the parade tonight Sneaking to that vein, ever devotion Taking in my hands, satisfaction Deep into the neck, only delusion Can't resist, insane tonight Flaming memories of the past Burn inside of the bloody red eyes Lying Borderline of a Castle Winds of Transylvania Innocent lullaby, chasing everywhere, Fleeting empty fate Break it down, like a game and I go fallin' now Make it all end A silent break of dawn, now the curtain rise Blood, Thirsty like a lost butterfly Reaching in now to get you, but then let you go again Veil searching us under the moonlight Let me in to a place by immortal fascination Now, show me the way of the parade tonight I wait and see Take me away to paradise LOVEBITES ! ----- lyrics: asami music: asami & Mao arrangement: LOVEBITES (miho, haruna, midori, miyako, asami) & Mao
Just an insane, yet great song! Guitar squeals for days! if you watched the anime MV version 1st, most likely you would've said "but can they do it live?", hell yeah they can! The speed of this song is just crazy, like the fastest round trip to the moon and back. There really isn't any duo you can compare to the likes of Midorin and Miyako; my opinion. Great react! Here's the link to the anime MV (VLADLOVE) version ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HsE4Ub_Pjh8.html enjoy! 🐺
I was typing the same thing but you beat me by a minute. This song should definitely be watched in the order of music video than live for exactly the reason you mention. You wouldn't think they could pull it off live. VLADLOVE version excellent, but once I saw the official music video I liked that one better. Awesome imagery with these fine ladies in it not interrupted by anime clips. This would be the 3rd one to watch.
This is one of the few songs by Lovebites that I like the music video (VLADLOVE version has the anime clips) better, just by a tad. I think the sound and overall feel from the music video is stronger/fuller than live. It's controlled chaos on the music video. If you had done the music video first and then this, you would have been amazed how they pulled this song off live. It's a rarity with Lovebites, as in many cases live sounds better than studio. I do like the music videos for When Destinies Align and Glory To The World slightly better than the live.
