Thank you so much for watching!💞 Let me know what you think about me trying out medium twist? It’s going to be a lot easier for me when it’s time to re-twist for sure!😆😉
You definitely can do your own twists. I initially got my twist installed by a hairdresser too in November 2023, I love them❤ I kept that same set in for around 3 months by simply washing my hair in twists and then after taking them down individually, detangling and retwisting. I think I was afraid to take them all down lol. Then one day I just decided on a whim to do it and wore a twist out for a few days , but then discovered I missed my twists😢. The twist out was nice, but required more maintenance and it wasn’t as protective as the twists were. They were so convenient. So I wanted them back, but didn’t feel like going back to pay and encouraged myself to do it. Went to the bathroom for that mirror and propped up another mirror to see the back of my head and got started. It took around 5 hours to complete. Well worth it. They came out great. People always compliment me on my hair when I do my twists and always assume that I went to the hairdresser until they ask and I tell them that I did it myself. So again you can do it☺️
@@kellyedge4969 thank you so much! This is so encouraging!!❤️ I just took down my mini twist yesterday morning and I will be installing my medium twist soon. I’m so happy for you and your success with your twist install. Congrats🎉 I can’t wait!🫶🏾
Thank you so much.🫶🏾 You should do it for sure! I mostly use olive oil, aloe Vera juice, castor oil and flaxseed gel on my twist. I’ve recently added Chebe buttercream and mango butter I use on my refresh days. Let me know how it turns out when you start your twist journey.❤️
