My mate has a vf and let me tell you it’s got balls, the engine is a ls3 6.2L and it shakes so much, it’s got 726hp, I feel your excitement mate, you’re a huge inspiration to me bro, keep up the great work🤙🏼
Hey rad!...i seen ya on Ross Reviews haha. Nice car bro. Iam also running 450hp,cammed VE sedan...good fun huh👍 Now i just gotta get Johnno to drive it
Brotha cams like he'll of a different. I had an s2 ssv wagon with a harrop 2300 charger. Stock cams made 615 on e85 and with a vcm supercharger cam (mild) made 680 retuned
Beautiful car bro ;) I have a series 1 VF SSV wagon with tune and bolt ons. Just 260 rwkw's but love it to bits. Does yours have a high stall convertor? Sounds great.
Bump it up mate,my VE E1 Senator is currently (at the last dyno run) at 680rwhp and 910 ft tourqe and still a daily driver and the best thing is when you look at it it looks stock standard but I'll be taking it up a bit more in the near future as I'm just short of the magical 500rwkw mark which is the end game for me, but good effort mate keep going .
@@connorwalters2278 G'day Conner, I do but there on my phone, mate I in my late 50s so I'm not very good with this computer stuff but if it helps, my whip was built and tuned by Dale at Dale Patterson Motorsports in Tullamarine Vic, the entire engine was stripped down blueprinted and balanced and then rebuilt with all forged internals, the heads were machined and ported by Higgins Engineering and fitted with a stage 2 Harrop Cam and a titanium valve train topped off with a Harrop 1.9lt FDHI twin screw black edition supercharger with a 25% underdrive pully setup, the engine and heads were x rayed, it's also fitted with a Harrop WTA intercooler. (I've max the charge out on 9lbs boost) with a Harrop OTR with K&N air and oil filters, fuel system is run buy two walbro 465ltr per hr fuel pumps and all braided stainless steel fuel lines (can't remember the injector size but I know we did go bigger). Exhaust system is a complete Di pillipo with custom made 2in stage 2 ceramic coated headers into 3in 200pc cats and 3in piping with twin Di pillipo chrome tips. The transmission was machined out to to increase the clutch packs and was fitted with a solid alloy billet imput shaft (also x rayed) and a B&M 2200 hole shot converter its fitted with a Harrop transmission cooler inline with the oil cooler on the radiator, the suspension package is fully adjustable KW coilovers with a Pedders strut brace ( hight is 75mm front and 100mm rear ) with Whiteline bushing (including a Whiteline sub frame kit ) sway bars and links and sits on 20in pentagon rims wrapped in Michelin pilot sport 4s MOS 245/35 front and 275/30 on the rear , the diff is still standard as are the brakes ( AP Racing 4 pot callipers but all the brake lines have been replaced with stainless steel braided lines) but that might change in the near future with a Harrop ultimate big brake kit. The HSV build number is 294 and the colour is the metallic phantom midnight black with chrome trim, interior is the beige swade and nappa leather though nice can be a bit of a pain as you need to be clean when you're in it as you can mark it quite easily but if I do the marks come out easy enough. I've actually haven't done much to it lately as I'm busy playing around with a VX ll L67 and building that up. I hope this will give you a mental picture of what the car looks like but one thing I can tell you it's super bike quick and kills a lot of cars that are in the $300-500k range on the Eastlink freeway. (Dale took it to Calder Park and managed a sub 10s 1/4 mile but he is also a professional racer and a Australia GT Champion, I've managed to hit the 300kmph mark but I won't say where). What I really enjoy is it looks bog standard until you start it the ground actually vibrates when you stand next to it and you can feel the vibration up your legs and into your chest but you can still place a glass of water on top of the charger and it virtually sits still.
You know, if they tuned the car and took all the torque management off, you wouldn't need a throttle controller... also try twin turbo l77 with 800+rwhp.
So I was quoted 1.5k for the chains from Holden the other parts are about 450 give or take? Stallie 3500$? Bro you balled out keeen to see more massive ve fan boy but that price is sus g
You put a big cam in a car you have to expect the power to be up high. People just want cams to sound lumpy but you can get cams that make more grunt down low. You young blokes pay obscene amounts of money for more power. Back in my day when i was working in the reco shop we could build an engine for under 500 bucks that bored honed block decked cam lightened flywheel big valves in the heads and stronger springs. Realistically nowadays with so many ways to get booked for speeding price of fuel that amount of power the modern v8s have standard i would leave mine stock.
@@paulcox9366 Youm just watch out for those barra turbos take it from an old man with a lot of hands on experience they will blow the doors clean off you LS with just a twitch on the right pedal.
