You scored on this truck, count yourself lucky it has the 5.0 Coyote and not the 5.4 Triton (the self destructing engine). Your tire pressure monitor fault is easily fixed, caused by the TPMS in your tires not being programmed to the truck (probably new ones installed with the tires going by the age of the truck). Any tire shop can reprogram them to the truck for free or like $25 or you can get the tool to do it for $20. Had to do that with my 2016 when I lifted it and put 35" offroad tires & wheels on it (among other things).

I’ve heard that about the 5.4s never have had problems tho. I have a 2010 platinum on a 6 inch rc lift and 24x14 on 35s. At 210,000 miles rn and it’s run strong. Had a spark plug go bad so I winded up pulling all the coils and spark plugs and putting performance ones in though. Buttttt I agree id much rather have a 5.0 especially with how good the exhaust can sound depending on what you install. I’m going to take my truck till it doesn’t run though hahaha.
