In today's video there is a lot happening. I made Gus and I some homemade Electrolyte water to always have on hand in the fridge. I also decided to make a Gluten Free Chocolate Cake. It turned out so good. Topped it off with fresh strawberries.
It's Mother's Day weekend and we didn't think there would be hardly any garage sales but sure enough we found a couple. I picked up some real bargains. One thing that I am truly excited about this weekend is there is a chance that Southern California will get to see the Aurora Borealis. People all over the US have posted pics of it and let me tell ya......It's amazing! It really is a rare thing to see it in so many states.

It's also apple picking time here at the cottage. Our apples are starting to fall from the tree and that tells me that I need to start picking them - especially since we have been having a heat wave.
