O"Reily and Bass Pro couldn't have chosen a better person to sponsor. Roland is just a pro when it comes to speaking and showing off a product, in this case the boat, equipment on it, outstanding knowledge and presentation of how to catch and care for shiners. At 82 impressed me a bunch the way he hopped up into the boat. I'm 65 and can't do it know where like that. And dressed nicely and clean shaven, all that means something. Just a great presentation and fun to watch! Thanks Roland!
I'm right behind you Roland at 81 years . You're amazing at 82. I've been a fittness and health food advocate since teen a ge years, so I've kept a great degree of my agility and co-ordination, but you seem to have kept yours by way of good genetics and healthy activity! Keep going Roland you're an inspiration I'm sure to a lot of younger folks !
Nice rig Roland, but that brace in the back looks like it might gouge the aluminum back there when loading. A nice idea at a glance but I would find some padding and maybe some marine carpet to cover them.
Awesome setup you got there. I haven't been in a boat in 15 yrs. Got no access to a boat but would love to be out on the creeks/rivers here in south Alabama again. I've learned a lot watching your videos Mr. Martin. Really ready to put it all to use. Thanks for the videos
Now that's a rig..love the center console on a shallow water aluminum ...better and safe to run when you can see better....nice touches...would love to do a trip with such a knowledgeable seasoned angler...im in Inverness Florida on the Tsala Apopka Chain ...i grew up in Northest Ohio on some of the most pressured fisheries ive ever fished....moced to Florida recently butsont know any good Florida fisherman....i dont care about trophies...they come anyway...just want to get out with a legend and catch some fish...life dont get no better than that... we can launch at my house ...fish ...u got lodging and then I'll take you out on mine...u name the price I do t care...experiences like that are priceless....would love to pass some real bass fishing knowledge on .....im used to fishing with older generation that actually understood the fish..love that I have outfished some of these modern electronics with bass understanding and making the right choices....going out with basic fishfinders and fishing conditions ....I respect the new tech..but feel it's getting away from real understanding of the species and its surroundings....love all the videos and knowledge you pass on
Roland your a great guy and I love to watch your programs but if I see you at the Headwaters I'll show you a Gator Trax 1970gt that is truly customized and trick out with a 200hp Zuke and 36volt Rodan trolling motor , 3/16 aluminum hull, big livewell , big insulated fish box , easy removable bowfishing lite set up , 2 big rod lockers , 2 big storage compartments , 2 custom captain seats , Hydro Turf front to rear , dual axle aluminium trailer , but I ain't got no wrap .
Great looking boat Roland. Also great setup for the type of fishing you do. I think it could also make a great crappie rig. NICE BOAT!! Thanks for sharing this video.
Dont you have like 45 high end, metal flake paint job bass boats with 300 hp outboards from all your wins already? This is like slumming for you! 😁 love your show and you've been my bass fishing hero for 40 years.
Hope your new Tracker brings you much happiness Roland. Looks like you have it set up perfect for your needs. I also hope your buddy Mr. Johnny Morris gave it to you or sold it to you at a nice discount. Tracker boats have gotten crazy ridiculous with their prices. That goes for most of their stuff nowadays.
Looking forward to seeing this beauty on either Headwaters or Stick Marsh real soon. Don't worry, I won't get too close to it with my old Nitro , wouldn't want to bump it and put the first blemish on it . Lol
Congrats mr Roland in the new boat! Can’t wait for the new content on it. Hey if you ever think about selling your tracker heritage I would love to have a chance to purchase it keep it up!
I bought a Tracker Grizzly 1754 last year and love it. The only thing is the paint is pretty easy to mar and scratch up. I am surprised that Traccker does not sell any touch up paint for the deck and hull for these. I got the paint codes from Tracker but hard to get a paint supplier to mix them up! I have tried and looked at tons of colors in stores but absolutely nothing matches. Thanks Roland you are still enjoyable to watch
@@jimmycleveland1373 Where do I find the tracker parts counter? My dealer says they don’t have it. I really want some, hope you can point me in the right direction. I would even have it shipped from where you got it. Thanks
Rolland is just rolling in the boats lol. Land of the law when you get sponsored gotta get a new boat. Really nice boat though. Wished I had a boat. That's not nice to drug the fish lol.
Now that you have oreileys and bass pro shops sponsoring you are you gonna join your son Scott on the bass pro elite bass trail I’d love to see you in action again I watched you a lot when I was a kid
Roland with that new boat are you able to take a 3 person group out on headwaters? I reached out in February because I wanted go out with my father, my 13 year old daughter and myself but unfortunately you could only take 2. I was wondering if your new boat is rated for the additional person? Congrats on the new boat. Look forward to hearing? Thanks
I love ya Roland, but I can't watch a video of your new boat. I wanted a boat my whole life but my money had to go to family and living. Just let me watch you catch fish please.
I like the way you decked out your new boat. I also liked seeing you pull up in that big Ford. Mr Martin, how do you stay so young, fit, and full of energy? Thank you for continuing to bring us knowledge and entertainment. So good to see you still out there actively doing what you love. God Bless you Legend.
