Nice work man! I just bought the Lightning 225, and haven't received it yet. Nice to see people pleased with the Everlast products. Keep up the great videos!
That plasma is gonna be a game changer! Especially on making little brackets and stuff, nothing sucks more than using a cut off wheel and flap disk to make special brackets and tabs, I despise a cut off wheel lol
@@SamMatter New tools are fun. You might want to add support on your cart where the tray bolts to the cart before it folds like a taco. I would add wheels to the original bolt holes.
@@vicgustafson8514 My thoughts too. This was just a temporary scrap metal project to play with the plasma and get them mobile in the shop. Next time you see if, it'll have some triangulation supports out back!
I have had the same plasma cutter for a few years and it has done great. But I do think you're display is a little different than mine. You will definitely get your use out of that..
Sam, I am soooo happy for you! I have the Everlast Lightning 275 as well. It is sweet. If you are interested, I created my own TIG welding torch cooler on my freeidaho channel here on youtube. For version 2 of your welding cart, I also built my own 3 tier welding cart to save shop space. It is also on my freeidaho channel. You will probably find that pulling the plasma cutter toward you will give you a more steady speed. A birdy told me you got some new bling for the Jeep... ;) Salute!
Thanks for the pointers on the plasma! I do have some questions for ya on the 275, I will email you! I actually have seen the Tig cooler video a little while back! You are a man of many talents!
Check your link. I ordered a PowerTig 250EX through your link but the upgrade wasn't included. Luckily i had to call for an issue with the order and thats how i found out i didn't receive the upgrade from using your link. I let them know I used your link and they said they'll add it but you might want to look into it.
