I love how complex characters are like how sunny and neph can argue and fight but still have love for each other even when they don't agree or how he can kill a human and not care but kill another but feel guilt i.e. the boy from the castle i can't remember his name. Love that not everything is black and white but different shades of grey

Neph and Sunny are like mythical couple, it's as if they were made to complete the other. Sunny look like a mindless killer but he deeply care, Neph look like a hero but won't hesitate to sacrifice ppl for her burning goal. Sunny can't stop b*tching, craving, feeling jealous, being petty. Neph she sparsly express herself. Sunny has a shadow ability Neph has a light ability. They were both jaded by their past Sunny lost hope, Neph is hope.

Welcome back!!! Shadow Slave is a great one. The author doesn't rush and doesn't over-reveal. The MC is fun to watch, his backstory is tragic without being edgy which is one of the reasons why I hate many weak-strong MC stories. The story all in all feels like the author planned the story instead of just writing whatever made him feel good.

In my opinion, an underrated one that I'm surprised isn't popular yet is Hell's One, its so unique compared to other webnovels but also it matches the rest of the novels

Shadow Slave is one of my favourite story on the platform.The amount of chills i get reading it is incredible.Basically its a mystery and thriller novel which will drag u in every chapter.And yeah the mc is not a simp,wimp and doesnt have annoying inner interlog of self existence when killing so thats a plus.

Elden Rings.... being another Lovecraft inspired work.... Did feel very appropriate as B-roll for the back round visuals for this story story. Though, idk why you used those others... This story continues to kick ass for sure.

Wow I just got to the last chapter and I really liked it. His power is interesting, his flaw is also interesting but only for someone like him with severe trust issues. It seems like he actually has two flaws so I'm hoping we eventually find out why that is. The last arc's ending is bittersweet for the mc. The story as a whole has more depth than average and the world building in this dream world is enjoyable. I also noticing I tend to enjoy novels like this that force the mc to fight to survive seemlying impossible situations. It's not as good as reverend insanity is, but what is? If you are looking for video ideas a top 5 novels for people who like reverend insanity would be one I'd watch in a heartbeat. Thanks for recommending Shadow Slave.

i like how the story is not crammed full of extra words or reiterations of an existing idea just to push chapters, thats the biggest issue with web novels and something this story is free of. great story.

It almost feel like the oracele system with no system and amazing twist and the novel writing is pretty good. Most of the people stop reading it in the first arc hope you will finish the first arc then I am pretty sure you will finish the novel. Just be wary of timeskip and dont stop in the timeskip after some chapter the author will provide the timeskip information.

I just read it. Its definitely good but the Antarctica arc is significantly better than the others in my opinoin. To the point where it was more than worth reading hundreds of chapters. If anyone has any recommendations that'd be cool.

It uses all the lone wolf typical secretive only has time to care about him mc stuff from the forgotten shore and shows us just how far he’s come putting himself on the front line to save others. It’s because of the forgotten shore that Antarctica was so good in my opinion. Plus winter beast ending was superior i feel the neph sunny battle was kinda awkward .

Still, the whole arc shows a lot of character development for Sunny. he went from slitting random people's throats and being a typical lone-wolf mc to having decent friends and people he genuinely cares about. it also shows how talented he is as an awakened, making extreme progress in combat in just a few months that people like even caster took years to do. it also showed us just how creative G3 could get with monsters like the crying abomination, the eldritch being that wanted them to open their eyes, and that tree( that damn fucking tree man)

If you haven’t you should try Journey of the Fate Destroying Emperor. Although the beginning 10-20 chapters aren’t really that good, if you can go through this the story just keeps getting better and better

My current reading list is The Mech touch Supreme magus The Oracle paths And just recently started dimensional descent. It's good if you once you get past the first few chapters. Once I get caught up on that I will give this novel a try. You recommended the Oracle paths and I enjoy it!

Hi, i have started this One but didnt get hooked yet.. On 7ch.. Btw maybe you have suggestions such as: supreme magus, blood warlock, inhumane warlock, tbate, he who fights monsters? I mean maybe you have suggestions with not dumb mc, not so fast power increase with kinda cruel mc in logical terms and with harem type or smthg. (more like dult type but not too much such like Dive emperor of death (too much ch for s*x scenes...)) preferable magic included since most of system ralted mc is just to dumb most of the time.. Slave. MC is an actual slave in many ways. The title is more literal than you would think. MC is barely an MC. He is more like a sidekick, We are reading a story form the sidekicks perspective, sure he is a bit devious and special, but in the end he is a slave. Wasted a lot of time reading this in hopes that it improves, in the end, it only gets worse, and MC becomes a bigger slave.

It does improve. If you have finished the forgotten shore, I recommend you read the chained isles and 2nd nightmare arcs. There is a lot of character development in these arcs, and the MC simply starts to become more independent and less of a slave. Also, remember that the MC is a flawed character. Thats literally the point of the story.
