fried it as a fritters. you can eat the whole thing including the seed. or boil the seed for 30-45mins with bit of salt (to taste) and serve it with grated coconut mix with sugar (to taste) or with dilute gula melaka (palm sugar) with water and eat the seed with it.
btw.. you can fry or steam the leftovers of the cempedak meat. just ferment it with water and salt for 3 days in the fridge then fry it. eat it with rice and sambal. thats what we do with it here in Indonesia.
