I have an Iris and a Micro from Hobolite. Looking at upgrading soon. All of the lights in their ecosystem are really interesting for photography and video. 🙌🏾
@@KevinDeal The Iris is incredible. It’s been a delight to have a small, portable light I can use for up close portraits and mood lighting for the office. It definitely punches way above its weight.
I got to test one out at WPPI and used one when I helped Canon shoot the release of the RF35mm 1.4 lens. It's a fantastic light. Incredibly professional and robust. The zoom optic for it is fantastic as well. Hobolite build quality is excellent. I didn't end up getting one because I don't really need a light that robust for what I do. But if I did, I'd give it a serious look.
