My favorite Kobe shoe of all time are either the Adidas Kobe 8 or the Nike Kobe 4. Both shoes came out around the time when my life was going through some important milestone. The Adidas Kobe 8 came out in 1997-98 which was my last year of playing basketball in HS. It was my last dance (senior year of HS). The Nike Kobe 4 came out during the 2008-09 season and it was the first time a high profile sneaker was low cut. I never got them because when I tried them on they were too narrow. It's the one shoe I wish they made them wider for wider feet like mine. The US (and the world) were going through the financial crisis at the time the Kobe 4 came out.

I’ve never owned any of the Kobe sneakers unfortunately except the Kobe 7 Sharks which I got at Foot Locker. Unfortunately it’s like impossible to get ‘em here in Canada unless you know someone, have a hookup, or just get lucky finding them online.
