the way you get sponsors for games that you'd play anyways is so cool. can't imagine how many terrible offers you have to turn down between the few good ones though
After I blocked "Raid Shadow Legends" and anyone trying to get me to do a promo for it, the amount of terrible offers dropped off substantially. I still get a lot of junk, but it's surprisingly not that bad. And yeah, it's super cool that devs keep paying me to cover games I'm actually interested in! Admittedly, some do it more as a delayed bonus for prior coverage, but that makes me feel even more appreciated.
I won't lie, I wasn't expecting the voice for Foam Gun, but at the same time it's hilariously amazing and I hope there's an explanation for thr voice later.
Is DOK voiced by Glenn Wrage? I think i recognize that voice from his performance of Pseudo from Clash: Artifacts of Chaos! (Very good game, colorful 3D beat-em-up/fighter, Zeno Clash prequel) Seems to be challenging his Battalion Wars days into this performance.
I thought I recognized the voice actor of Pseudo from Clash: Artifacts of Chaos and the Western Front Veterans from Battalion Wars (Glenn Wrage) in DOK.
First thing I thought when I saw this in my feed was “oh lord, this game again” and then clicked on it. But like, as much as the game is as cool as it’s absurd… why can’t we just have a game in space where humans _AREN’T_ the aggressors?
I never understand the bs that they develop these kind of games for pc. The only time I would play these kind of games is when I am killing time aka on my phone. If I am infront my pc there so many infinitely better games to play. For example my main game atm is ghost of tsushima
Yeah, I'm really bad at re-introducing games I've played before. Luckily I've got a whole video learning the game for the first time if you're interested: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gPetEySk13o.html
I was just thinking this has to be inspired by Gainax/Studio Trigger. Trigger was one of the bigger successors. Legendary studios Frickin' pumped to see this now
@@W4RM4T considering all the allusions to time travel and the mc having wacky hallucinations and spiritual visions and such, same universe does not in any way mean same foam gun. You seen the end of Wolfstride?
When I first started playing, i thought the voice-over audio was cutting out because I assumed it was all voice acted. Now I see it's normal, lol. Good video, as always.
Still have to finish wolfstride, it looks insanely stylish and has some fun gameplay but the story around it and the intro are really slow. I asked myself if those two games are connected or if "Foam Gun" is just a placeholder/john doe type of name
Certain cards let you discard. Aside from that, if you are just wanting to cycle it, you can fuse it and use the fused card, which will put them both in the discard. Dont think it counts as discarding in regards to card effects tho
I was sold within the first minute from you just mentioning potential heavy Studio Trigger inspiration. The atmosphere here definitely feels like Trigger.
Does someone remember the time when Wanderbot played Moonlighter? The game has got a LOT of updates after that, would be fun to watch him play the game again, (Minibosses have been added) There is more new things, but! No spoilers
