I would like to encourage you to send Justin to the special camp. Im a grandma with a grandson who has autism and since he has gotten into a school, camp, and different activities, he has blossomed. I promise you will see such a change in him. He will learn to communicate so much better, and you will see him be the best he can be. It's not saying you can't push him to do hard things, but these are people who know how to do it the best he can. I hope you will think about it.

Exactly Mahogany we split our twins up, they had different classes from kindergarten-12. They did have 4 th grade , gifted art classes, and gifted other classes together, and I was concerned about that, they flourished really WELL! They are now in the same college, but pursuing different careers! I believe it’s best for them!

Hi, I am new here. As an educator I would say see what the benefits of the autism camp would be for Justin. Does Justin prefer smaller groups? Would he have classes that could benefit him socially and with communication? I had a parent who took her child out of an autism program because her child regressed since she was put in a class with nonverbal children and began mimicking the noises. Her child began to stop using words and phrases. Find out if they would put Justin in classes that would help him grow in the areas he needs strengthened. Wishing Justin all the best. 😊

As a special educator, yes, you always want your child to be in a space where they can grow but since child with autism is dealing with social differences, being in a "typical" setting can be overwhelming. On top of that, the staff may not be equipped with the knowledge, skills and/or patience to work with a child with autism. Pleas consider a camp that can help him build his skills prior to moving to a typical camp.
To answer your question, my 4 yo daughter literally just walked in the room looked at the tv, pointed to the car seat and said, where is her kid?? Currently watching this at 9:21 pm. It’s an honest natural question. I’ll put my hand on the Bible to attest my 4yo literally asked that question (and she’s very nosy 😂). People see a mom, a car seat and they naturally ask, where are the kids 🤷🏽♀️
It’s innocent when children ask and in most cases they repeat what they hear. Adults should understand-she’s at work (RU-vid). Everyone isn’t comfortable consistently showing their children online. Someone could ask why is your 4yr old up at 9:21pm. 😂
@@intentionalparenting2605 My 4yo was up at that time because I allow her to be up as she’s on summer break from SCHOOL and that’s my prerogative. She has a regular schedule and bedtime during the school year unless she’s dealing with insomnia inherited from her father and grandmother if anyone needs to know. Also, how would I have said and she repeated anything if she walked in the room and pointed at the tv without even knowing hearing it. She didn’t hear me nor the tv because she wasn’t in the room and if I’m in the room by myself, who the flip would I be talking to 🤔 Consistently showing their kids online…little odd to state this late in the game when that’s what their brand was built on. No where did I say anything negative. I was literally pointing out it’s an honest natural question. Same as for example my own mother asking where are the kids when I pull up to her house without them and they’re with my husband. It’s a natural question. We’re a remote working family and our kids are with us all day everyday, unless the oldest is at school. So if an adult we know sees us without them at any point, which is RARE, they will naturally ask, “where are the kids.”

As a stay at home/ outside/ busy mom of 5 and Wife, it’s definitely a full time job! They are adults now, and sometimes they still keep me busy, definitely a blessing! They are 33, 30, 28, 19, 19, !

Continue to walk with the Lord and do to others what you want done to you. What a blessing to have the new home you desired. Don't forget little things like changing batteries etc. do yourself for safety reasons. Read and study the beautiful Bible. So excited about the kids. I think that’s a given for you to protect yourself and kids from the public. This world is crazyyyy … so it’s nobody’s business. I know for me personally I did think about your kids in a sense of watching your channel for so long. I was thinking about everything you have been through and how you overcoming a lot of stuff. It’s been a journey for you but you are doing a great job. Also putting your mental and self health and healing as a priority. Some of us struggling with just that along like me, not saying anything negative but that’s amazing. Also motivation for myself because I’m a mom of two and trying to figure everything out alone. So being able to witness someone else going through life helps to keep me trying with myself and I try every day and some day I’ll have enough courage to do those things. At the end of the day we are parents so it’s our jobs to look out for the best interest of our children. So you’re not wrong for keeping them protected and to yourself. They are your heart, pride and joy. Most of the time some people have to go through to understand exactly what you’re dealing with in life. Then they will have a ohh ahahaa moment, and say that’s what she was doing or xyz…
I would definitely put them all in a swim class together. It’s so important for our black community to learn how to swim. And I would put him in a camp for autistic children.
Starbucks I get vanilla bean frappe or white mocha frappe and I recently tried this strawberry cheesecake frappe ! I also will get ham and cheese croissant or a birthday cake pop and I love the pineapple and dragon fruit refreshers
