Hello Sir, I'm french so I will try to answer. French gvt doesn't give loan. To get a loan you should contact your bank, they will analyse your file according your incomes and the ammount you want. 🙏regards🙏

When underground house r there. Thts means its old house n repair it may be, now a days contructors they never make underground. Just the floor ground is garage. We belgium r like tht... May be in france too....
