And I was drooling over both your old boat and your Crestliner. You can clearly justify this new boat as you're guiding so many days a year. Congratulations on your success!
Nice! I too said for years that there would never be a full windshield on my boat. But when I bought my retirement rig that is the only feature that my wife requested. As usual, she was right! You will love it 90% of the time. Only time I don’t care for mine is when it’s dry and hot in the summer. Be careful running with the walk-thru windshield open. A strong wind from the port side can blow it closed. That will wake you right up.
There is actually a tethered button strap at the top of the windshield, so it will stay put. That being said, I’ll still have to remember to button it!
Wow! Big upgrade for sure. I was about to buy this boat back in early 2020 but decided to got with the Targa V-19, bigger bang for your buck. If I could go back in time, I would have gotten this model instead. Probably worth the extra 10K in the long run. Tight lines!!
Congrats on the new rig! Have the same boat in 2019 version. Awesome boat and storage is ridiculous. We are loaded to the hilt and still have a ton of space. Enjoy!
Check the hull now that you've loaded off & on the trailer several times. The "gator back" upgrade totaled the paint job on the bottom of my Lund. Had to switch to carpet while Lund & my dealership kindly repainted my brand new boat.
Sweet. You are really thinking about your customers! Does washing down the deck make the top/cover dirty, that is stored on the ground? Where does the water bail out from on the deck?
I'm trying to figure out why your 1875 splash rail sits above the trailer fenders...mine sits between them, giving me only 3/4 of an inch clearance of the fenders....which can be challenging to load the boat on to the trailer 🤷 my trailer is a Shorelander...
do you still have to look above the windshield or thru the windshield frame like the previous generation or is that one of the changes they made so you can look through the glass?
Lund doesn’t make anything with double bubbles anymore. I’ve learned over the last year of owning my double bubble Crestliner that it’s kind of pointless honestly. My clients will be a lot more comfortable with a walk through. If I was single, I’d run a 2075 tiller 💁🏻♂️ but this isn’t just my full time guiding boat, but also my family boat.

I have very few regrets in life, but one of them is not getting the Pro XS on my 2020 1875 Impact. I dont really want for speed, but that startup sound is amazing.
I bought a 2020 Lund impact and lund had been nothing but a pain in my but about warranty items such as cracked console by bolts and passenger console door broke off hinges cause they cut the wire too long
