I’ve been working out for years sometimes I’ve gone through periods of totalling 5 hrs of intense exercise a day and over the past year got out of shape because of work/ life/ stress/ lack of motivation, BUT I’ll just say NEVER have I come across a workout that’s kicked my ass harder than this one. I even took long ass breaks in between exercises. The stamina and shape this guy has is off the damn charts. Sir, I just wanna say you’ve motivated me to try to reach that sort of fitness. Once I can do your workout exactly, it’ll b a win
Have you considered posting other workout regimens? I was trying to see if you did any weight training because I like your build, it’s similar to what I’m trying to get to
