Sorry for your loss. Had the same experience catastrophic failure in Manuel mode going straight vertical when left back prop went 😳🫣and I watched her plummet from the sky.😞
SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. I got Master Airscrew to pay for the replacement. I been flying the normal Ludicrous blade and testing every blade that fits they have The results are I have prop adaptors and their bull nose bi propellers and they are way better than the triple blade.
Thanks for sharing and I like the company and look forward to the normal Ludicrous and I will keep what you have said in mind for the future or for a dedicated acro rig.
Thanks Drone Cowboy! We walked down the tracks and found a prop on the tracks then 200ft down and at the base of a tree with many limbs was the broken warrior😄. Probably about $100 in parts and a few hours and I’ll have it back doing its thing👍.
@@20robob Happy for you it could of cost you more your lucky 🍀 this time my Droning Brother ❤️ Yes you can fly Crazy but beware some you just don’t see coming that how I feel went I go for a flight so let’s keep on Droning Safely Always Always Safely 👌👌👌. Droning Brother Cheers 🍺🍺😎 And Keep Up Your great work 😉👍✌️😎
I got two sets to replace what they said might be faulty, no complaints from me. Sad you had to suffer faulty props. At least Master Airscrew sent me replacements at no cost.
I bought RTF carbon drones from Diatone back in 2014. I have 2,3,4 and 5” ones from back then. Fun to rip and practice acro with but DJI has the video dialed, range mastered and flight time that the others can not match. So yes I’ve flown powerful light rigs that rip but I never built one and frankly never wanted to. The DJI motion controller for me is great and the option to use the stick controller to fly acro and do tricks is great. I’ll rebuild this again soon and I want to stick with Master airscrew but I’ll use the regular Ludicrous props because they seem more forgiving for my occasional hard flights. Still collecting some data on what happened but I am not giving up.
@@ivardeweerd7273 I know most fly better but I like my DJI FPV for what it is and how it is better for making videos. I have been doing FPV from around 2012 and I definitely know there is better performance options but at costs of short flights. The DJI FPV works for me and the RTF or home made rigs no doubt are a hoot to rip but I mostly use the motion controller and enjoy cruising.✌️
@@20robob yeah the motion controller is a lot of fun, if you want to practice more acro like you were doing in the video you can build a drone with the dji 03 air unit witch is what the avata uses and to get the long flight time you could use a very high mah battery and low kv motors to get about a 7-8 min flight time. Plus you can get more range with a custom built quad
I do not have care refresh, My DJI FPV is over 2 years old and my first crash that needed repair was just weeks ago. I’m Not sure if care/refresh coverage lasts that long anyway. I believe Best Buy sells refurbished DJI FPV drones, the drone only for $269 or something like that so that is also a option besides repairing it yourself.
