I have a single cab 3gen ram lifted on 6 inch rough country with ready lift up control arms it’s currently sitting on 24x14 TIS 544BM I had my wheels for almost a year and few months definitely debating going with TIS 547C Chrome because my truck is sliver black and milled definitely goes very well with but I don’t know I’m debating now 😅😂

Not hating on custom offsets but I have ordered 4 times from Rimzone and never had this issue or any issue. If I had chips in my brand new rims I would be getting a new set sent. Or atleast send pics of all the issues and get a discount sent back to you cause that's heartbreaking. But next time checkout rimzone they have treated me great with 3 sets of rimz only and just got a set of rims and tires mounted and balanced that were perfect. Not a single blemish. Lugnuts were also packaged better 🤘🏼

Don’t take the stems out the old wheels. Those new stems are like $3 a hit and you can get them at the auto parts store

Man I just saw your last video. I also saw that you read the warning label on the rim packing. As of right now I have the same set up as you and when I turn my front wheels with my 35s I’ve only got about a quarter inch clearance with the wheels turned. I would thoroughly check that the bigger rim size that you’re adding with The bigger tire size is going to actually fit. I don’t think it will unless you raise the truck up even more. Well it might but it’s going to rub real bad. I don’t want you to waste a bunch of money on something you can’t return.

I also got mines from custom offset as well! I don’t know for sure if they ceramic coated them. I just assumed they did and they actually threw in Ceramic recharge spray bottle as well. Not sure if they gave you one….. I’m excited to see what you got!!!??? Lol You still gonna announce tomorrow??? Lol

Send them back!!I bought some from custom offsets and I didn’t check them until I got them mounted. That’s when saw they had a few chips on them.

Those other 3 were returns that were shipped out to you to fill your order. I got my V2 shocks from RC newly packaged...had to wait an additional 3 weeks for them to ship out my N3 coilovers...when I got um you could tell they were returns. Tried contacting Rough Country and haven't received not even a response to my email. Sold in the US by shady business selling Made in China products. #iTrip

Bro... unfortunately I had the same experience. One of my wheen came with a gash on it. I didn't see it until I got home from picking them up. The replacement wheel looked like it was a return with a lesser damage that they fix and sent to me. I didn't fell like dealing with it no more.. Long story short. it took 3 weeks to get everything settled and paid out of pocket to get tire off and mounted and balance on the new one. After this experience I will take my business somewhere else. Maybe buy local. Good luck with your setup.

Most shops keep plenty of stems man.and I’ve orders 3 sets from custom offsets each time has had little chips like that call in and let them know That they should have been packed better and they will give you a Emil to send pics too. Each time they have reimbursed me money and also gave me car cleaning kits because they weren’t bad enough to send back but still could have been prevented 👍

You should have maybe put a leveling kit on top of the coil over so you wouldn’t have to cut as much

I hope they fit. I'm running a 24x12 on a 35x13.50 and I scrub pretty bad. (6" lift)... I mentioned in the last video, I think you're going 24x12 on a 37x13.50r24. Whatever the specs are it's going to look mean!!!

Def would get a discount / refund of some sort for any damaged goods . I got amped research steps and one of them was scratched out of the box. The company that I got then from gave me a 300 dollar credit back to my card.

I say use the new sensors for the new setup. They tend to last between 4-10 years so might as well just start fresh then deal with it later and probably pay more to get them installed after

You may have received 3 returns and one new, im sure youve already mounted them and are happy with them but a "credible" shop like Custom Offsets should really do a better job with their shipping methods. I would call and complain regardless

Also, been there before with wheels man. Had rims shipped from japan once for a Celica rally car build I did. Couldn't replace them as they were extremely rare, but came all chipped and scuffed. Had to get them refinished.

Happy but not happy bro. Man I gotta tell you Q… So I’m happy you got the rims. BUT. I’m a good dude but I believe in a few things for sure. Especially if you operate a business. When folks buy from you give them what they purchased and in excellent condition!! THIS was NOT a scratch and dent sale. I bet if they have to eat the cost to get those heavy rims shipped back and send you what you act up aid for they will invest in some better styrofoam to ship it! That’s just sorry AF. I’m sorry bruh but nahhhhhh. They gotta do it right. Even the lugs should have been individually wrapped or at least inserted into individual holes in extruded styrofoam to keep them from getting dinged and dented. With all of that going on I ain’t even sure that they are even ceramic coated “as they claim”. And had the nerve to put a statement of affirmation on the box 📦….”YOU MOUNT YOU OWN”. Man please…. Please send them back. And if they are smart they will send you replacements and issue a formal apology ANDddddd give you a discount. Folks sorry then wanna know why the business is suffering.
