My new Ultima engine horror story 

I heard Bad things about S&S too. Today's kids just don't give a shit anymore. I'm 57 and I've been doing all of my own maintenance and building on everything. I paid someone to grease the drive line on my Cadillac Coupe DeVille and it had 2 u joints in the front and 2 in the rear and he greased one in front and one in the rear. This was a new drive line and I paid someone to do the job. Then after a ride to the coast , the ujoints started squeaking. After that I never paid anyone to do anything else. Only rubber on the wheels. You gotta do it yourself if you want it done right

That piston come out of that cylinder? looking New at 2500 miles that tight? and the Cylinder looks like it is a Fresh hone . if a piston dont fit , on start up its going to lock up and that is a fact . not sure what is going on .

Can you make another video on the aftermath , how Ultima treated you,how the motor is running ect . Did you end up buying a new motor ?

The thing is the coating on those skirts are 0.020"-0.030" and designed to allow the piston skirt to wear into the bore this is designed this way to get rid of the rattle / knock that forged pistons are plagued with when cold and to also reduce the piston rocking in the bore also causing rings to lose sealing ability also a common issue with forged pistons the coating is a sacrificial wear in material Mahle designed and has been using for years and years on high end forged pistons

I'm standing behind YOU on this one big guy, but next time use more than 1 piston of the same size so no one could say it's just a messed up piston, I know how these motor guys work not just in the bike side but also cars trucks they always try to get out of anything without losing money

We used to buy our ' Ultima' engines unassembled, first reason was to give the client the motor for his riding style, and secondly this, in the begining their quality control sucked, sorry to see that nothing has changed.

Looks like a piston problem by how it rocks same in both holes.

I Havnt had good luck with Ultima, their QC at the plant seams to be pretty shit. Cheap shit. But they do make some fun power when they work.

Where would I find a service manual for a disassembly and assembly of the 120CI EL BRUTO???? Any advice would be AMAZING
